ਖਰੜ ਵਿਚ 29 ਮਾਰਚ 2019 ਨੂੰ ਡਰੱਗ ਇੰਸਪੈਕਟਰ ਨੇਹਾ ਸ਼ੋਰੀ ਦਾ ਦਿਨ ਦਿਹਾੜੇ ਗੋਲੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਕਤਲ ਮੋਰਿੰਡਾ ਵਿਚਲੇ ਮੈਡੀਕਲ ਸਟੋਰ ਦੇ ਮਾਲਕ ਬਲਵਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਵਲੋਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਨੇਹਾ ਨੇ ਨਸ਼ਾ ਵੇਚਣ ਕਰਕੇ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਲਾਇਸੰਸ ਕੈਂਸਲ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ, ਹੁਣ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਘਰ ਵਾਲੀ ਦੇ ਨਾਂ 'ਤੇ ਲਾਇਸੰਸ ਲੈਣਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ ਸੀ ਸੋ ਨੇਹਾ ਨੇ ਨਾਮੰਜ਼ੂਰ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ।
ਪਰ ਕਿਸੇ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਨਾ ਬਲਵਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰਨ ਦੀਆਂ ਧਮਕੀਆਂ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ ਸਨ, ਨਾ ਨੇਹਾ ਸੌਰੀ ਦੇ ਹੱਕ ਚ ਸੜਕਾਂ ਬੰਦ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਸਨ, ਨਾ ਬਲਵਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੀ ਦੁਕਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਅੱਗ ਲਗਾਈ ਸੀ, ਨਾ ਉਸਦਾ ਘਰ ਢਾਹਿਆ ਸੀ, ਨਾ ਬਲਵਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੇ ਘਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨੰਗੀਆਂ ਕਰਕੇ ਘੁਮਾਓਣ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ।

Playing to the optics , what I understood was that paper was leaked by teachers who prepared it , mean Air Force of NASA or ISRO stands no chance to safeguard paper , we have a classic randomiser in EVMs do same with the neet paper , prepare 10000 questions , rate the questions based on difficulty, use random gwnenrator to select same difficulty level for all the random sets generated by the algorithm, generate unique paper to each centre or each student and then generate rate a answer sheet for each paper and run this algorithm early morning and install printers on each centre to print the paper in the classroom itself based on roll number , associate roll number to unique exam question combination and use the one sheet to digitally match the answers , this is simple and redundant IT infra can be placed to safeguard the availability of the servers and printers , this can be easily done by companies like @tcs @Infosys or new age entrepreneurs like @deepigoyal of technology need explanation I can write a white paper about this , @NandanNilekani / @anandmahindra
