Today, a Manhattan judge slammed the twisted Alexander brothers as “a lot Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde’’ and “monstrous’’ for using their status as high-flying real-estate scions to drug and rape scores of women — then sentenced them each to 30 years behind bars.
“My view of the defendants was that they were a lot like Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde,” U.S. District Judge Valerie Caproni told Tal Alexander, 40, and his 39-year-old twin brothers Oren and Alon in a federal courtroom filled with women the trio sexually assaulted after luring them into their luxe orbit over more than a decade.
“I don’t refer to people as monsters because even rapists can change, but your conduct was monstrous, “ the judge said, citing how victim after victim described the brothers as sadistic, masochistic, sexual predators.
“Your crimes wreaked havoc on their lives,” the judge said as several of the men’s victims glared at the twisted siblings from the courtroom gallery.
Caproni even noted, in a scathing commentary on the men, how no old or close friends of theirs bothered to send the court a letter of support for them, with most of the submitted notes — designed to try to sway the judge toward leniency — coming from pals of the siblings’ parents.
The once-powerhouse brothers faced a minimum of 15 years in prison and up to life behind bars.
The heinous sex attackers were handed the heavy sentences after 11 of their victims confronted them in court during an all-day hearing.
But Chucky Schumer doesn't care. He knows there's another sexual predator right around the corner who will be dumping cash into the campaign coffers of the Democratic Party. Just like Harvey Weinstein, Jeffrey Epstein, Ghislaine Maxwell, Ed Buck, Bill Cosby and so many others have done.
“Why did you do this? I just don’t get it. I don’t understand the cruelty. I don’t understand the hatred towards women,” said Brooklyn artist Lindsay Acree, who choked back tears as the privileged onetime Big Apple and Miami mover-and-shakers sat stoically, wearing tan jail jumpsuits.
Acree testified during the brothers’ bombshell trial earlier this year about being drugged and raped by real-estate bigwig Tal in 2021.
“There is no way to calculate what this trauma has cost me,” added victim “Bela Koval,” a Ukrainian model who testified about being “paralyzed” by a drugged drink as Oren raped her inside a $13 million Sag Harbor mansion where the brothers hosted parties.
Jurors heard chilling evidence of the siblings sexually assaulting women — with the fiends sometimes working together — at gaudy Hamptons mansions, inside New York City apartments, on a ski trip in Aspen, Colorado, and during a Caribbean cruise between 2008 and 2021.
Prosecutors say the brothers’ pattern of sexual assaults dates back even earlier, to 2001 and 2002, when they were still in high school in Florida.
“The defendants preyed on women and young girls, using drugs and violence to incapacitate them so they could rape them,” said Manhattan US Attorney Jamie McDonald, who observed the sentencing from the courtroom’s front row in a statement afterward.
“Today’s sentence makes clear that this craven, sinister conduct is extraordinarily serious and will be met with serious punishment,” McDonald said.

REPORT - TEXAS HOUSE DEMOCRAT CHECKED “NO FELONY CONVICTION” DESPITE FEDERAL GUILTY PLEA AND 63-MONTH PRISON SENTENCE 🛑
Ericka Lomick, the Democratic candidate for Texas House District 93, has a documented federal criminal history tied to a mortgage-fraud case. Federal court records identify her as Ericka L. Flood, also known as Ericka Lomick, and show that she pleaded guilty in a case involving mortgage-fraud conspiracy, bank fraud and money-laundering conspiracy. She was ultimately sentenced to concurrent federal prison terms, including a 63-month sentence.
Now fast-forward to August 20, 2026. Lomick submitted her application to appear on the ballot for Texas House District 93.
Lomick is running against Republican Alan Blaylock for the open Texas House District 93 seat. There are actually two elections happening there on November 3 - the regular general election and a special election to fill the remainder of former Rep. Nate Schatzline’s term after he resigned from the House in July. Gov. Greg Abbott formally ordered that special election after Schatzline’s resignation created the vacancy.
Under the section labeled “Felony Conviction Status,” Ericka checked the box stating, “I have not been finally convicted of a felony.”
The Texas Secretary of State says a candidate must indicate either that they have not been finally convicted of a felony or, if they have, that they were pardoned or otherwise released from the resulting disabilities. A person who has been convicted is supposed to provide proof of that pardon or release. The same state guidance says knowingly providing false information on a candidate application about final felony-conviction status is a Class B misdemeanor.
Texas law specifically requires this disclosure and specifically warns candidates that knowingly giving false information about their felony-conviction status is a Class B misdemeanor.
I have obtained 144 pages of her federal record, and it’s not good. The material surrounding this case includes the guilty plea, sentencing information and later litigation involving the conviction.
And there is more: A separate background report I obtained shows a $300,000 federal lien under the name Ericka Flood recorded in Tarrant County on January 31, 2024. The report ties that lien to federal case identifier DNCW3:10CR124 - the same federal criminal matter associated with her mortgage-fraud prosecution.
The report also turns up additional North Carolina criminal and traffic records under the names Ericka Flood and Ericka Lomick. One involves a 2002 simple worthless-check misdemeanor charge that was filed in 2003. That case was ultimately dismissed without leave by the district attorney.
Another possible match from 1996 also involves a simple worthless-check misdemeanor and likewise shows a dismissal.
There are additional North Carolina case entries from later years, but several do not identify the underlying offense, so I am continuing to pull the original records before saying more about those.
And then there are her business records. The report identifies Lomick as both the managing member and registered agent of Pro-Etiq Solutions LLC, a Texas company whose status is listed as “Forfeited Existence.” The company was filed in December 2024, with the report showing that forfeited status verified in June 2026.
The same report links her, under the name Ericka Flood, to two North Carolina companies - The Kashmir Group LLC and The Lenzi Group LLC - both of which are listed as having undergone administrative dissolution.
So between the federal felony case, a guilty plea, a 63-month federal prison sentence, a $300,000 federal lien recorded in Tarrant County in 2024, additional historical court records, and a Texas business listed as having forfeited its existence… I think Ericka owes Texans some answers.

One of Reflex Robotics' largest investors is Khosla Ventures. Vinod Khosla (founder of Khosla Ventures) and Reid Hoffman have extensive ties. Hoffman and Khosla co-invested in Blockstream. Both Hoffman and Khosla played prominent roles leading "VCs for Kamala," a venture capital push supporting Kamala Harris' failed 2024 presidential campaign.
Jeffrey Epstein visited MIT nine times between 2013 and 2017. Mason Massie attended MIT between 2016 and 2020.
Epstein's visits to MIT and all of Epstein's post-child prostitution-conviction gifts to MIT were driven by either former MIT Media Lab director Joi Ito or MIT mechanical engineering professor Seth Lloyd. Mason Massie was involved with the MIT Media Lab from June 2019 to September 2019. Seth Lloyd was a professor at the MIT School of Engineering when Mason Massie attended the MIT School of Engineering. Seth Lloyd is still employed at MIT despite his extensive involvement with Jeffrey Epstein.
The Executive Committee of the MIT Corporation released the findings from a thorough review of MIT's engagements with Jeffrey Epstein. The review sheds light on the Institute's actions pertaining to 10 Epstein donations, totaling $850,000, that MIT received between 2002 and 2017, as well as multiple visits that Epstein made to MIT.
The review found that three MIT vice presidents learned of Epstein's donations to the MIT Media Lab, and his status as a convicted sex offender, in 2013. In the absence of any MIT policy regarding controversial gifts, Epstein's subsequent gifts to the Institute were approved under an informal framework developed by the three administrators.
The review states Epstein visited MIT nine times between 2013 and 2017. These visits and all post-conviction gifts from Epstein were driven by either former MIT Media Lab director Joi Ito or MIT mechanical engineering professor Seth Lloyd. Joi Ito worked at the MIT Media Lab from September 2011 to September 2019. This coincides with Mason Massie's work as an undergraduate researcher at the MIT Media Lab between June 2019 to September 2019.
The report concludes that Lloyd purposefully failed to inform MIT that Epstein, a convicted sex offender, was the source of two donations to support his research in 2012. Lloyd was also found to have received a personal gift of $60,000 from Epstein in 2005 or 2006, which he acknowledged was deposited into a personal bank account and not reported to MIT.
The review revealed that between 2002 and 2017, Epstein made 10 separate gifts to MIT, totaling $850,000.
Nine donations, all made after Epstein's 2008 child prostitution conviction and registration as a sex offender, included $525,000 to the MIT Media Lab and $225,000 to Professor Seth Lloyd.
Lloyd received two $50,000 donations from Epstein in 2012, and $125,000 in 2017, all to support Lloyd's work. The report indicates that Epstein viewed the 2012 gifts as a trial balloon to test MIT's willingness to accept donations following his conviction.

I have carefully reviewed Todd Blanche’s qualifications to be Attorney General. This includes his record and responses to questions from Senators at the Department of Justice Appropriations hearing, his confirmation hearing, and in the weeks that followed.
While I believe Mr. Blanche is a capable lawyer, the Department of Justice has become increasingly political.
Mr. Blanche has taken several actions that have further eroded the Department’s independence, and that is the basis for my vote to oppose his confirmation:
Mr. Blanche approved an order to shield the President, his sons, and the family business from IRS audits, protections unavailable to other American taxpayers.
He approved the creation of a $1.8 billion anti-weaponization fund.
He promised an anti-abortion organization that he would seek to prohibit the mailing of abortion medication to women nationwide.
Under his leadership, the Department attempted to indict Senators Mark Kelly and Elissa Slotkin over their ill-advised, but constitutionally protected, videos encouraging resistance to unlawful orders.
More than 1,200 former Department of Justice employees have opposed his nomination, arguing that he has undermined the institution.
For these reasons, I will vote against this nomination.
