I’ve been a part of politics, conservative writing and thought, and now filmmaking for many years. It’s terrific to reach out to you at last through X.
I look forward to reconnecting with the many patriots in Arizona. There, when I ran one of the nation’s largest prosecutor’s offices, I’m proud to say we actually STOPPED illegal immigration.

I promise not to “spam” you all about my movies (this'll be the last one for a while--my movie stuff is on Facebook). But I must share the poster and backstory for “Justice Falls.”
“Justice Falls” is a vigilante story—of the type woke Hollywood no longer makes—about a trucker who partners with a criminal gang to hunt down the men who assaulted his wife. It’s a gritty, sardonic departure from our other films. It turned out amazing and is coming soon.
Also the trailer for another upcoming film, “Beloved Hearts,” is up on our FB page. I’ll link to it below though the algorithm may kill the post for that reason. Like I said I put movie stuff on the FB page should you care to follow there.

You are an elected official. You made a public statement encouraging members of the Armed Forces to defy lawful orders.
You chose to run for office and subject yourself to that scrutiny.
What you are proposing, on the other hand, is a legal/political vendetta against persons for no reason other than they have political positions different than yours. Your goal is to drive them away from public service.
That's a Stanlist/Maoist approach to political opposition -- your clearly stated desire is to create a one-party state where political opposition is not just to be rebutted, but to be imprisoned.
You're a disgrace -- and I suspect your comments will haunt the rest of your political career. You've likely put a ceiling on any ability you might have had to climb higher.
This isn't my first rodeo with President Trump. After calling for me to be arrested, tried, and hanged for a 90 second video he didn't like, he is now attacking me for saying that there will be accountability for people who commit crimes on his behalf.
It's simple. If you break the law, then you should be held accountable. If you are stealing taxpayer money and enriching President Trump or his family, then you should be held accountable.
If we don't have accountability, it will keep happening to us. I know it's hard, believe me: the Left can threaten the prosecutors. But MAGA bravehearts in DOJ must step forward to defend the rest of us and bring justice. ⚔️

This is an outstanding point. The Trump administration must show that they will defend those who oppose this tyranny. And they'll hold accountable those who have engaged in these abuses in the past. Otherwise people will look away or run for cover out of fear of reprisal. ⚔️
There is a very important side story to this Slotkin thing that no one is talking about.
The Trump Administration needs to come out and reassure patriots who want to help their country that if they do so, and these evil Democrats come after them on spurious grounds, that the Trump Administration WILL HAVE THEIR BACKS, both in courts of law and the court of public opinion.
The media is in bed with the Democrats on this--the media will smear anyone the Democrats point them at.
If the Trump Administration does not make this public pronouncement, and then BACK IT UP, they will find ordinary Americans unwilling to help them.
Ordinary Americans have seen the life-destroying lawfare against Trump supporters in the past, and that lawfare has been tremendously effective. In the face of such lawfare and the smears the media will gleefully engage in, too many Americans make the rational choice to not help.
The Trump Admin needs to very publicly and very strongly announce that it has the backs of Americans who raise their right hand.
A reminder of why borders matter and are worth fighting for. Bare minimum: It's helpful to know who's entering your country, if only to prevent mob rule. ⚔️

Tip of the hat to @JeffClarkUS, a victim of D.C. lawfare from the first Trump administration, for calling out U.S. Senator Elissa Slotkin’s totalitarianism. Slotkin is openly threatening a fresh and vicious round of lawfare when Democrats return to power, this one intended to chill young conservatives from even entering government. It was one thing for me to be hissed at in class at Harvard Law School back in the day for challenging leftist orthodoxy. Threats from sitting U.S. Senators are quite another. ⚔️

We’re seeing public support for academia collapsing, as Americans now recognize college education is not a reliable path to economic self-improvement. But why didn’t our RINO GOP and conservative leaders warn us of this scam years ago?
Gallup recently reported that only 31 percent of Americans think a college education is “very important.” This represents an abrupt cratering from only a few years ago, when 70 percent said college was very important. Yet for DECADES, GOP and conservative leaders failed to blow the whistle on higher education’s elaborate shakedown of American parents and children.
For years we were told that people with college degrees earn more money over a lifetime. Of course, this was circular reasoning. People who complete college are often more goal-focused and/or wealthy than those who don’t, which means they’re more likely to succeed in their chosen careers regardless of college credentials. Yet the Fake News bullied and guilt-tripped parents into stockpiling “college savings accounts” and shamed young people who didn’t go to college for accepting a lifetime of alleged inferiority.
The upshot of this gaslighting? Generations of young people and their parents have subsidized academia with hundreds of billions of dollars of unjustly earned lucre. Many college students graduated to “careers” at Starbucks or in other retail jobs, saddled with obscene student-loan debt. The political class ignored their plight.
Academics, in turn, have doubly abused their power. They’ve raked in money without providing proper economic benefit while brainwashing their young charges with liberal garbage in the bargain. And academia has become a massive cash cow funding Democrat causes and politicians.
When I ran for Governor of Arizona in 2014 and pointed out, in a debate, that higher education was a scam, the Fake News jumped all over me and state GOP leaders scrambled to disavow my statement. Today my comment would be uncontroversial because public opinion has overtaken our leaders.
The GOP leaders who, FOR DECADES, failed to speak out about this elitist manipulation failed us horrendously. The first leader I can recall taking up this mantle was the late Charlie Kirk a few years ago. It shouldn’t have taken that long, and that duty should not have fallen to a very young leader just coming into his own.
We have good cause to be furious with our RINO leaders and the elites who have fleeced us with their silent cooperation. The college scam is the latest example. ⚔️

The declining importance Americans place on a college education spans all major demographic groups. Since 2019, every group measured has seen a double-digit decline in the percentage saying college is very important.
