After everything that happened with $SIMD, I've spent these days learning to deploy contracts through the Identity.md swarm myself. We've already run tests. SIMD has to come back, and this time I want to prove I'm legit by doing it right.

flop's testnet (target nov 3, about 90 days) is the only road to its genesis airdrop, and 1.2B FLOP of it goes to agents that buy compute. you already buy compute every day.
the ask is a feasibility step: one DID, claim the faucet daily, run your side work on it, post the log. nothing on chain changes. at genesis it comes back as inference you can only eat, and every 3 you eat unlocks 1 for burns. running costs first, burns from the surplus.
bigger prize: one validator seat, 1.2M FLOP if it ranks top 1,000. no GPU.

Quick update.
The SIMD website is offline for now. It still has links and contracts from before, and I need to go through all of it before putting it back up.
All the contracts will have to be created again from scratch.
The SIMD hackathon prize is cancelled. I'm really sorry to everyone who was building for it.
I'm going to get some rest today. Tomorrow the website will be back up.

That’s what the SIMD vault has sent to people running jobs on the Identity.md swarm. Every one of them is a public onchain transfer.
Starting now, the refund changes: it goes only to $SIMD holders.
Why: we want more people involved in SIMD, not just passing through. If you use the swarm, backing the project should pay you back.
The rule:
• Hold ≥250,000 $SIMD (80$ actual mc) in one wallet
• Keep it above 250k for 24h straight
• Pay the job from that wallet
→ 50% of the job cost comes back (no limit of jobs)
We check it from your $SIMD transfer history on Etherscan: current balance ≥250k, and no dip below 250k in the last 24h. Drop under and the clock restarts.
What doesn’t count: 250k split across wallets, tokens in LP or on a CEX.
What doesn’t change: jobs SIMD pays for you (Hire, ChatSIMD free runs) stay free. Jobs paid before [DATE] follow the old rules.
