ANNOUNCING: Superpower Peptides.
Prescription peptide care, connected with your blood testing.
For the first time, Superpower brings prescribed peptide treatments together with membership, beginning with BPC-157, TB-500 and MOTS-c.
Each one comes with:
- Treatment prescribed by licensed providers
- Comprehensive blood testing
- Clinical evaluation
- Third-party testing
- Regular check-ins and lab monitoring
- Active ingredients from FDA-registered facilities
- Prescriptions filled by US-licensed pharmacies
Because access to peptides has often outpaced guidance.
Your health history, goals and baseline bloodwork are reviewed by a licensed clinician, who can then monitor your health throughout treatment.
We’ve been preparing for this moment.
Your can start your blood test today, and at the end of November, we’re bringing peptides to you.
Pre-orders are open now:

The Superpower Peptide Library has been bookmarked over 14,000 times this week.
Take the tour and learn more about the peptides moving through FDA review.

Important disclaimer:
Peptides offered through Superpower are compounded medications that have not been approved or authorized by the FDA.
All Superpower peptides are prescribed by a board-certified US licensed clinician
They are made available under an interim HHS enforcement discretion policy that may be revised or rescinded at any time, and they may not be available in all states.
Evidence on their safety and effectiveness in humans is limited, and they are not appropriate for everyone.
Treatment is available only if prescribed by a licensed clinician following an individual evaluation.

10 years from now, everyone will be on some sort of therapeutic compound.
GLP-1s already changed the world.
1 in 9 American adults are now on a GLP-1 for weight loss.
And what makes GLP-1s so interesting is that they’re one of the first times we’ve seen a drug developed for a disease actually be used for human enhancement.
Very few people take a GLP-1 thinking:
“I’m reducing my type 2 diabetes risk.”
Most take it because they want to look slimmer or feel better.
I think what we’ll see next is dozens of therapeutics that target enhancement: be smarter, look younger, have better skin, put on muscle, sleep less, and more.
And once we get enhancement therapeutics, most people are going to need to take them.
It’s very primitive Darwinism.
If everyone else is slim and smart and energetic and sleeping really well, you’re not going to be the one person who’s limited by biology.
Whether this is a good world or not, I won’t opine.
But if you understand the basics of human psychology and biology, it’s almost inevitable.
The government has finally made certain peptides more accessible.
Now, a doctor can write you a prescription and a licensed U.S. pharmacy can make the peptide for you specifically.
This policy doesn’t mean the FDA approved these peptides. Rather, the government is saying, ‘We won’t go after pharmacies or doctors who make them, as long as they follow the rules.’
That’s a big step up.
There are still some caveats though:
- this is only temporary, it will last until the FDA decides on permanent rules
- there’s very little human research on most of these
- narrowed rules, one peptide per product (no mixing them), and only in certain forms, like injections or nasal spray
Even so, the progress is visible. Now more than ever.
If the FDA makes it permanent, expect a lot more doctors offering them. If the research doesn’t hold up, the door could close again.
A new chapter in peptide medicine has just begun.
The US just made certain peptides (legally) accessible through compounding pharmacies.
The new HHS policy says:
- 6 peptides: BPC-157, TB-500, Epitalon, KPV, MOTS-c and Semax
- HHS does not intend to take enforcement action against a State-licensed pharmacy, Federal facility, or licensed physician compounding them
- the goal is to expand and improve patient access
- FDA's future rulemakings may propose adding some or all of these peptides to the 503A bulks list
We're talking about peptides like BPC-157 which has mostly been available through RUO channels.
Now 503A pharmacies can compound it for individuals with a prescription.
The idea is to allow pharmacies to compound certain peptides while the FDA figures out long-term rules.
This process could take a year or more.
But this is a meaningful step forward.
BREAKING: FDA grants testing for an experimental device that is designed to clear toxins in the brain.
In theory, this could slow Alzheimer’s.
If that’s the case, the next question is whether it could delay Alzheimer’s before symptoms even come on.
This FDA decision allows for the first human clinical trial.

We're thrilled to announce the Superpower Peptide Library.
Every peptide, mapped to the body.
152 peptides, from approved drugs to compounds still in trials, sorted by where they act.
Each one has its own page, reviewed by a physician and fully cited, covering:
- the evidence and how strong it is
- its FDA status
- it's mechanism of action
- what studies in humans have found
Because not all peptides are equal.
Semaglutide is FDA-approved. BPC-157, maybe the most talked-about peptide for recovery and repair, is not. In a 2025 review of its research, 35 of 36 studies were in animals or the lab.
Know the science before you buy the hype.
