Few quick thoughts re: @POTUS's Covid:
1) Not clear where he got it – he returned from Middle East ~3 days before test +, so probably last day of trip or flight home. Flying is low, not zero, risk, particularly if people weren't wearing masks. (1/13)

It is probably the first in history music performance at Chornobyl power station!
Incredible workers - brave and dedicated to their job.

Powerful statement from @TheIHI and its Lucian Leape Institute (I'm on LLI board) criticizing the criminalization of the medical error @VUMChealth. Three decades of research in patient safety tells us that this response makes patients less safe.

T4: Meeting people where they are. Clinicians deserve:
- In-depth training
- Smart allocation of resources
- Constructive, data-driven education
Clinicians are smart, passionate people. They can rise to the telehealth challenge. But we shouldn't make them do it alone. #hcldr
