The 5 biggest climate killers they don't teach in school:
1. Fast fashion (10% of global emissions)
2. Food waste (8-10%)
3. Deforestation
4. Fossil fuel subsidies - $7 TRILLION in 2022
5. Our silence

We cannot convert Mars into a habitable planet like the Earth, but we can definitely convert the Earth into an uninhabitable planet like Mars. Our techno-industrial civilization led by omnicidal capitalist and imperialist psychopaths is making tremendous progress on that front.

At COP31, climate diplomacy should drop the 30-year obsession with commas. As an "Implementation COP," negotiators must grab the 2 levers that move the thermostat:
1 Lock in 35% clean electricity by 2035
2 Fund the Tropical Forest Forever Facility to stop the chainsaws by 2030
Targets don’t cut emissions: machines and trees do

Solar-plus-storage global growth.
Investors spent a record amount in the first half of 2026 on projects that combine renewable energy — mostly solar — with batteries. Colocated renewable energy projects attracted a record $25 billion of investment in the first half of 2026, according to new global data from BloombergNEF. While that category includes any combination of solar, wind, and storage, it’s dominated by solar-plus-storage. The $25 billion is nearly double the previous record, set in the second half of 2025 — a jump that reflects the rapidly growing interest in batteries.

Richard Littejohn in the @DailyMailUK saying climate change isn’t really a problem despite record breaking heat across the world and every university and scientific Academy on Earth saying it is.
Yes, he’s an idiot, but millions of people read this crap.

North-west England has been the wettest region after receiving just 6mm of rainfall.
In central, east, south-east and south-west England less than 1mm of rainfall was received

What they don’t tell you is that Matt Ridley makes millions from fossil fuels.
He’s not a scientist.
The Daily Mails editors are putting us in huge danger. They should be screaming from the rooftops that we are in an emergency, yet they’re doing the opposite, trying to misinform the public and stop action.

Only ten years ago on spring days like this one Greece was burning filthy lignite from its own mines like this one for 43% of its electricity.
Now today lignite is just 1.6% as solar is powering 59% of its grid

The Gujarat Hybrid Renewable Energy Park in India is set to become the largest renewable energy site on Earth
Built across the salt deserts of Kutch, it combines solar and wind to generate up to 30GW of power, enough for around 18 million homes
Covering an area bigger than some cities, it’s essentially a vast power station rising out of empty desert

The World's largest Wind Turbine 26MW.
In its lifetime it will produce the same energy as burning 750,000 tons of coal.
That's 44,118 truck loads.
And that's just 1 Wind Turbine.

Don’t mess with Texas ... solar, or market economics!
In February 2026, Texas took the crown as the #1 state for utility-scale solar: Solar went from 2% in 2020 to out-generating coal
They said it couldn't be done in the land of oil and gas. They were (of course) wrong
