This is about the limit of performance possible without becoming more invasive into the harnesses. This is also about the limit of the datamodel. We need tools not just for agents to read each others minds, but for coordinating *across* swarms, fleets, and hives. Within a single cluster, "lane jargon" usually finds stable-enough meanings. Across clusters, there is a lot more confusion, which needs swarmvision.
