Skills grow best from real task friction rather than pre-collected components

Worth reading, caffeine maxxed article
I spent 48 hours with the Kimi K3 modeling code. It took: - 650 mg of caffeine (mandatory) - 40 cans of LaCroix (optional... world record (?)) - 8 papers - 6 months off my lifespan Finally grokked the entire lineage of Kimi K3 and how we got here... every single step, since 2019 GPT-2

my Raven busy picking up stars
Raven 🐦‍⬛ just crossed 2,000 GitHub stars and shipped v0.1.5. The useful signal is not the number. It’s the direction: agents need memory, but they also need better operating loops. This release adds deep research for multi-source, cited async reports, and in-tree tracing so runtime behavior can be observed without tying Raven to one backend. A better model helps. A better harness compounds. github.com/EverMind-AI/Raven

Raven taking over
Great to see participants learning, building, and having fun at the AI for Education Hackathon at Stanford, and getting hands-on with Raven along the way. Thank you to everyone who joined us. We’re already looking forward to the next one.

can’t wait to let my agent to set up all of these and make ctx 20% when starting
launching integrations.sh today! it's an open source catalog of every products MCP / API / CLI / GraphQL server and how to authenticate to them deep links to generate api keys, 1 click copy spec urls, it's still early but i've been loving having it

Measure your self-evolving agent with our EvoAgentBench. github.com/EverMind-AI/EvoAg…

Let’s hop on Raft
We just renamed Slock to Raft today. The name fits what we’re building much better: a shared foundation where many agents can coordinate, carry context, and move work forward together. There’s also a quiet nod to the Raft consensus protocol — distributed actors, shared state, reliable progress. Same vibe. Sharper metaphor.

Kitty kitty
petwins.site

We are honored to announce that two papers from the EverMind research team have been selected for oral presentation at KDD 2026, Datasets and Benchmarks Track. Of 466 submissions to the track, only 21 papers (approximately 4.5%) received this distinction. • Evaluating Long-Horizon Memory for Multi-Party Collaborative Dialogues • MPCEval: A Benchmark for Multi-Party Conversation Generation Memory for multi-party collaboration is one of the hardest open problems in AI. Our EverMemBench benchmark spans million-token, multi-user, multi-group conversations with interleaved topics and evolving facts. The findings are striking: even with oracle evidence, today's leading memory systems achieve only 26% accuracy on multi-hop reasoning that requires attributing information across participants. We congratulate the authors and thank the community for recognizing this work. We look forward to presenting at KDD 2026. Paper: arxiv.org/pdf/2602.01313

EverOS just had its fastest 30-day run ever. +2,700 GitHub stars, 7,000+ total, and EverOS 1.0.0 is now out. The growth followed a wave of practical agent memory use cases. Not just stars. Workflow demand. github.com/EverMind-AI/EverO…
