Crypto is being massively stolen from users of various crypto wallets through… 18+ websites - victims have already lost $5,570,000 due to a vulnerability in iOS 18.
It’s all because of the DarkSword vulnerability: just open an infected website via Safari and malicious code is already running on your smartphone - passwords, messages, photos, and crypto wallet files (including private keys) are under attack.
Update iOS to the latest version as soon as possible. And never ever store photos of your seed phrase in the gallery or write it in Notes!

See ad.nl/binnenland/paniek-in-o… for an example of what's ongoing in the Netherlands to scare people away from using open source privacy projects. It's also ongoing in Germany at the same time with similar talking points. This largely started in Spain and has been worst in France.

Today, we launch Ryhla (YC F26)
Solar, batteries, EV chargers, data centers: everyone wants to connect to the power grid. There isn't room for everyone, so developers wait months, sometimes years, for an answer.
Ryhla builds models of the distribution grid to find the best spots for your project and get you connected faster.

JUST IN: @const_reborn shares the vision for gamma tokens, usage credits that subnets could fund from a slice of their emissions and spend on compute, inference, and other infrastructure.
What this means ⬇️
→ Subnets stop being isolated prize pools. They can buy services from one another instead of only competing for $TAO
→ Gamma is meant to work as a transferable credit, not just another speculative subnet token
→ Access is designed to reach beyond Bittensor, so outside compute and inference providers could take the same credits
→ Emissions become operating budget, not only a reward that gets sold into TAO
If a subnet can spend what it earns on real work, Bittensor starts looking less like a scoreboard and more like an internal market for intelligence.
Apple’s new Reference Image feature is basically a cryptographic proof that a photo really came from an iPhone camera sensor.
The sensor signs the image at capture, before software or AI can alter it. If the photo is later edited, the signature no longer matches.

Another hardware incident wallet, who received an order within the 90 days prior to August 8th, 2026.
We have some difficult news to share. Unfortunately, one of our shipping providers has experienced a data breach that exposed sensitive order data. This affects new customers in the US, UK, Sweden, Colombia, Brazil, Italy, and Portugal who received an order within the 90 days prior to August 8th, 2026.
The data exposed:
- Full names
- Shipping addresses
- Phone numbers
- Email addresses
The incident affects 11,742 customers with full exposure (name, email, phone number, shipping address) and 1,947 customers with partial exposure (name, city, email). The breach is limited due to Trezor’s strict 90-day data storage policy (we were also able to negotiate the same terms with fulfillment partners, who follow the same policy).
All affected customers have been contacted separately by email.
Our systems and devices remain secure, but affected customers could experience an increase in phishing attempts.
NEVER enter your wallet backup on a website or share it with anyone, and only check for updates on official Trezor channels.
We are deeply sorry to the community and those affected.
We are investigating this situation and will post updates on our blog:
