#Motivational From a small village to the most prestigious service of India — this is what real determination looks like. Meet Dr. Tawseef Ahmad Ganaie from Puchal, Pulwama, South Kashmir. Son of a labourer, Mohammad Ishaq, who sold his land and worked in Jammu to educate his children. Tawseef was always a topper, completed his Bachelors in Veterinary Science, and was serving as a Veterinary Surgeon in Poonch, Jammu for the last two years. While most think you need to quit your job and go to Delhi for UPSC, he did the opposite. He balanced his professional duties, limited resources, financial struggles and prepared for India's toughest exam. On his second attempt, he cracked the UPSC Civil Services Examination 2025 with All India Rank 254. He was among the 16 candidates from Jammu & Kashmir who created history this year — the highest ever from the UT. His own words say it all: "No examination is impossible to crack. Hard work, patience and continuity are the most important factors." His story is not just a rank. It's a message for every aspirant from a small town, every working professional, every first-generation learner — that background does not decide your future, your continuity does. Huge respect and congratulations to Dr. Towseef! #UPSC2025 #UPSCResults #UPSCCSE2025 #AIR254 #UPSCStories #UPSCMotivation #Pulwama #Kashmir #JammuAndKashmir #Inspiration #CivilServices #IAS #Veterinarian #IndianMasterminds
