Bittersweet News: Hardway 8 -- the Water St. tavern dedicated to UNLV basketball and great food, and operated by the same guys as Starboard Tack -- is closing Dec 15. Jeff Fine's group is taking over the space and (it seems likely) converting it to a Pkwy Tavern.
