OK, since conservative constitutional amendments and laws voted on directly did well let's structure a Balanced Budget Amendment and see how many states we can get to sign on. I don't think it is within the Republican Party's power to ever win control of government again now that 20 million more votes materialized for the Dems this go around, but there is a brief window where a Balanced Budget Amendment might still be barely possible. The one provision I think it should have is that it cannot allow projections. The spending limit should be what was collected in revenue the previous year so there is a hard, objective number instead of one which is made up from projections and lies. The tricky part is how to write in an allowance for wartime or emergencies which will not be abused. What else?

Cheery thought for the day. The Democrat's advantage in the Senate is now such that they have all but assured themselves a veto over the next Supreme Court nominee, and probably over several of them. We aren't getting our Republic back anytime soon so we need to prepare for Kindergarten Ketanji like decisions at some point in the future which have no basis in law or the Constitution being the norm. It will be like Mohammed creating Islam. Whenever the left needs something they will say the Constitution allows it like how Mohammed would wander off and pretend to talk to God who assured him whatever predation he wished to commit on a given day was just fine.

It will be hilarious watching witness after witness own the Dems. Guys like Ron always forget they are worthless morons who have never won an argument in their lives on the merits.

All I can say is, the world is going to miss the US when it is gone. They don't think they will, but they will all be lined up to kill one another when it happens. My daughter will almost certainly live to see it.
