2 v 1 - Crazy Feeds 😜
The keeper and striker compete for a ball played off the crazy catch. The striker and spare rebounding keeper, work together to try and score past the goalie. Add a one pass rule to keep the exercise very quick and relevant.

Approach Play 🏑
A ball is played against the Crazy Catch for a return into a random space which both striker and keeper compete for! Try and make the goal as small as possible by covering all the angles. Great for outfield players and keepers 🔥

🔟 Ball Challenge
How many are you saving out of 10? Feed 5 balls from both sides (an underarm bounce feed is nice) … maintain your focus on one save at a time

Pure Reactions
This reaction drill is a 6 ball challenge … here Oscar faces Mila. The keepers react to a left or right cone call before saving a ball fed from behind. Play each ball on its merits and look to clear wide

High Save - Low Save 👆🏼👇🏼
Make your Crazy Catch into a high ramp by placing two cones on the side nearest to the keeper with the first save coming up high. A second ball is fed for a low save and clear in line with the opposite post.

Rebound - Deflection ⚡️
A great two phase drill with a save a clear off the Crazy Catch followed by a higher save off a deflection device like @reflexcricket or @katchetman … play the rebounds. Work on keeping your balance and maximizing control

Controlled Clears ↔️
A great drill to develop kicking accuracy, judging ball speed and timing. The Katchet and Crazy Catch combo will give you awkward feeds to clear as well as developing accuracy with your kicking 👌🏽

Two Touch Clears ✌🏼
Great drill with a feed from behind the keepers with the aim for a first touch control and second touch clear into the goal, past another keeper. Once you have mastered the open stick clear, try on the reverse
