“Body no be firewood.”
The phrase that has made people break their celibacy and is responsible for some of the most questionable decisions people have ever made at 2 a.m.

If you’re a 9-to-5 worker in Lagos, don’t leave home too early in the morning. Wait until it’s a bit brighter before heading out.

it's a strange feeling when something you've wanted for so long finally happens, and instead of feeling excited, you just sit there tryna process it.

I kuku agree with you. In fact, 30B allegedly sitting in a bank can’t even do anything on Eruwa Industrial hub.
Spending 63B on Eruwa Industrial will not have any effect on our economy compared to beautification of our government house.
In fact, with over 500B loan made since 2023 can’t even complete the said project.
Is it the meager 100B that was approved yesterday, that one can’t do anything on the said project.

Seyi Makinde in 2023 said and I quote:
“We will complete the construction of
the Eruwa Agribusiness Industrial Hub
within 18 months of being re-elected.”
Over to APM boys, kindly quote this tweet with current state of Eruwa Agribiz Industrial Hub.
Thank you

No health benefit, higher risk of fistula, maternal death, trauma… and still it continues. The adults making these decisions are the ones who should be held accountable.
Terrible shit....
The health bill comes due twice
FGM has no health benefit. Immediate risks include severe bleeding, infection, shock, and death. Longer harm includes chronic pain, urinary and menstrual problems, painful sex, childbirth complications, and a higher risk of fistula where the cutting was severe. The psychological cost lasts longer than the ceremony.
Child marriage sends the bill a second time. Pregnancy before the body is ready raises the risk of obstructed labour, fistula, anaemia, and maternal death. Babies born to young mothers face higher risks too.
A girl married at 15 is not a wife with a health plan. She is a child in a maternity ward.
Put the two together and some girls meet both injuries: cut in infancy, pregnant before their pelvis is ready.
None of that is the price of belonging to a family. It is the price of a decision adults made.

I want to give the biggest shout out to a 27 year old Somali St. Paul man, Ebro Ahmed, who saw a school bus rolling by with its door open.
He immediately saw a bus with 18 middle schoolers aboard, ran & jumped into the open door, and was able to get the emergency brake engaged. The driver was having a medical emergency & Mr. Ahmed saved these children. 👏💪

Fire incidents in Lagos are not just about property damage. They are about people, livelihoods, and the struggle to rebuild. #CBIBurningPoint brings these human stories into focus. This is a conversation worth having.

Quite interesting to know that AI uncovered an over 2 decades of security breach.
What else wouldn’t AI do?🤔
Two critical vulnerabilities have been identified in PHP, a widely used programming language that powers websites and web applications. These vulnerabilities (CVE-2026-109618 and CVE-2026-109619) could allow malicious cyber actors to remotely execute code in PHP core, potentially compromising sensitive data and networks.
The FBI urges organizations to take the following steps now:
➡️ If an immediate update is not feasible it is recommended that organizations take the system offline until it can be fully mitigated.
➡️ Immediately update affected PHP installations following the guidance on php.net. Inventory where PHP runs in your environment, prioritizing internet-facing systems and vendor products that bundle PHP.
➡️ Monitor web servers for suspicious activity, including PHP processes unexpectedly launching command shells or downloading files. Ensure appropriate process-monitoring capabilities are in place to help identify potential exploitation.
➡️ If you find signs of compromise, isolate affected systems, preserve your web server and PHP logs, and report it to your local FBI field office or ic3.gov. Those reports help us identify the actors involved and warn other organizations before they become victims.
For the latest information, follow PHP’s announcement on php.net, CERT-EU Security Advisory 2026-018, and CISA’s Known Exploited Vulnerabilities catalog.
