It was such a pleasure to work in Pittsburgh yesterday with Rod Gardner and the @InovalonInc team! An extraordinary group of leaders from all around the USA, gathered together to work on teamwork and leadership! I did a hybrid keynote speech, then we did a two hour workshop.

It was great to be back in Austin yesterday with @DellTech! We spent the day at round rock with an excellent group of leaders. The @TP_Institute workshop was focused on sustaining excellence, building relationships, and driving the team forward to achieve their 2022 goals.

There were 140 candidates in my SEAL program. During training there was an easy way to make the pain go away. Ring the brass bell and you were out. 126 of 140 candidates did just that. Tough times are unavoidable. Just don't make big decisions in the dark. #LeadershipDevelopment
