What you’re seeing here isn’t a tiny tornado — that’s a subvortex of a MUCH larger tornado that basically engulfed a mountain.
Probably one of Utah’s strongest tornadoes on record — perhaps winds in the 120-150 mph range.

Texas Longhorns struggling in the rising flood waters. Village Creek is expected to reach major flood stage tonight of over 23 feet, worse than the floods of 1969 in this region.
