the whole point of bringing James Gunn was to make DC kid friendly so it sounds very ironic that at least 90% of his DCU projects are R rated ,apart from domestic man and super drunk girl which were PG 13 ,
But what makes it very creepy is that you have to watch the R rated stuff which has a lot of violence and nudity as a child to understand the PG-13 stuff because according to Gunn it’s all connected ,

La repasada que le está dando #Marvel a #DC con el uso del CGI en su serie en emisión es de locos.
Es prácticamente el mismo presupuesto de ambas series, mismo “ahorro” de efectos (trasladar todo al mundo terrenal) #VisionQuest #Lanterns y de lejos es mejor empleado el de Marvel 🥵

Pese a que Returns no propone absolutamente nada, la película tiene mejor cast, fotografía, efectos visuales y dirección que Superman NO Legacy. John Ottman (compositor) demostró que aún tomando la partitura de John Williams como referencia, se podía crear algo único.

People really need to stop playing dumb about Coy Jandreau.
He co-hosts DC STUDIOS SHOWCASE: THE OFFICIAL PODCAST.
As in, tied directly to DC Studios. As in, he is being paid to sit there and represent the brand.
So when he goes on another podcast and says DCU critics can “choke on their own tongues,” yeah, that can absolutely affect his employment.
I genuinely do not care whether the check technically comes from DC Studios, HBO Max, OBB, or Accounting Goblin LLC.
It all leads back to DC STUDIOS.
The reality is that he gets the access, the platform, the legitimacy and the paycheck that comes with being one of the faces of an official DC Studios production.
You don’t get to cash the check when things are good and then suddenly become “just some random independent creator” when people call you out for saying something stupid.
That’s not how any of this works.
