Yitzhak Rabin was assassinated. The myth that his death stopped a two-state solution is false. Here’s the proof.
After Rabin recognized signed Oslo, Palestinians responded with more terror, not less. Rabin was not blind to this. Before he was killed, according to his daughter Dalia, he was already losing faith in the process because Arafat was not delivering and attacks were escalating.
His final Knesset speech on October 5, 1995, laid out the limits: a Palestinian entity “less than a state,” no return to the pre-1967 lines, a permanent security border in the Jordan Valley “in the broadest meaning of that term,” united Jerusalem under Israeli sovereignty, and no uprooting of settlements in the interim phase.
Rabin was a realist who took a shot that most Israelis at the time supported. But he was not a romantic. The idea that he would have accepted unlimited concessions or ignored ongoing violence is nonsense.
Meanwhile, in the three decades since his assassination, we’ve seen the Second Intifada, October 7, and repeated Palestinian rejection of every compromise that required ending the conflict.
The two-state solution died because of Palestinian terrorism and rejectionism, not because of Rabin’s assassination.

These are Amjad Awad and Hakim Awad, two Palestinian terrorists and cousins who brutally murdered five members of the Fogel family in their home in Itamar on March 11, 2011.
They entered the house armed with knives and found 11-year-old Yoav and his 4-year-old brother Elad. Amjad covered Yoav's mouth to silence him, while Hakim grabbed little Elad and gestured for him not to be afraid.
Amjad took Yoav into a bedroom, slit his throat, and stabbed him in the chest. Meanwhile, Hakim dragged Elad into another room and tried to strangle him. As the little boy lay on the floor with Hakim's hand covering his mouth, Amjad entered and stabbed him in the chest with both knives, murdering him.
Then they entered the parents' bedroom. Udi fought back, but Amjad repeatedly stabbed him in the neck and back of his head. Ruth struggled against Hakim, desperately trying to defend herself, while Amjad stabbed her multiple times in the neck and back. When Hakim realized she was still alive, he shot her.
And even that wasn't enough for them. After leaving the house, Amjad returned to search for weapons. He heard the cries of three-month-old Hadas, found the helpless baby, and stabbed her in the head, murdering her because he feared her cries would expose him.
Two little brothers, aged 8 and 2, survived because the terrorists never found them. Their 12-year-old sister, Tamar, returned home and discovered that her parents and three siblings had been brutally murdered.
Both terrorists were captured and sentenced to five consecutive life sentences each.
"I'm proud of what I did," Amjad declared before his indictment hearing. "I don't regret what I did, even if it means I'm sentenced to death."

TERRIFYING: The father of one of Abdul El-Sayed’s major donors and friends was recorded calling for the murder of Jews and declaring that Allah will destroy America.
The man is Salah Sultan, a senior Muslim Brotherhood figure. His son, Mohamed Soltan, who has been publicly defended by Abdul, donated the maximum legally permitted amount to his campaign, and heads a nonprofit that reportedly donated $25,000 to a PAC backing his candidacy.
The recordings are deeply disturbing. Sultan calls for the murder of Israeli diplomats and tourists, accuses Jews of murdering non-Jews for Passover, promotes The Protocols of the Elders of Zion, and invokes Allah’s destruction of America.
Yet Abdul insists that neither he nor his family has any connection to the Muslim Brotherhood, despite all the evidence surrounding the people he associates with, his connections, and those funding his campaign.
