Good morning! I’m on my way to London Heathrow to catch my flight home to Tel Aviv. During my Sunday evening message in Catania, Sicily, exactly a week ago today, the Lord brought something to my attention that wasn’t in my notes: even during the millennial kingdom, when Jesus Himself will rule over the nations and David will reign over Israel, the human heart will still need to be changed (Revelation 20:4–6; Ezekiel 37:24–25). We live in a fallen world, yet we often expect our political leaders to be perfect. When they disappoint us, we sometimes refuse to vote altogether - as though our absence will somehow make things better. We also judge leaders by their unfulfilled promises without considering the opposition, obstruction, and resistance they face in trying to fulfill them. But consider this: even after a thousand years under the righteous reign of Jesus, Satan will be released from his prison and deceive multitudes into a final rebellion against the Lord and His people (Revelation 20:7–10). If people will rebel against the perfect King, why should we expect any elected leader to enjoy universal support or accomplish everything we hope for? The promise of no more tears, death, sorrow, or pain belongs to the new heaven and new earth, when the New Jerusalem descends from heaven and God dwells with His people (Revelation 21:1–4). We must not expect an election to deliver what only God’s final restoration can bring. I believe this reminder is especially relevant to many Americans and Europeans: Go and vote. Vote according to biblical convictions, without demanding a perfect candidate. The sanctity of unborn life, God’s design for marriage and family, His creation of humanity as male and female, justice, and His enduring purposes for Israel should all inform our choices (Psalm 139:13–16; Genesis 1:27; 2:24; Romans 13:3–4; 11:28–29). The cost of living matters. But should frustration over gas prices lead us to abandon our convictions about the value of human life, the family, or the difference between right and wrong? Our responsibility is to remain faithful, even when we are disappointed. “And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart.” - Galatians 6:9 Only when God finally removes sin and death will sorrow and pain be gone forever. Until then, let us choose with discernment, stand on His Word, and redeem the time, “because the days are evil” (Ephesians 5:15–16).

Having spent a long time watching Elon Musk, and having talked with him, I believe I understand what he understood before almost anyone else. And it's something every one of us needs to understand now. Western civilization is not one civilization among many. It is the one that gave the world freedom of thought, modern science and the dignity of the individual. And it is under attack. Not by peoples, but by ideologies that want it dead. If it dies, the world will not become more just. It will become poorer, more brutal and darker. For everyone, including those who hate it. Why? Because civilizations are not interchangeable. We were told that any culture could be blended with any other, like mixing colors, and that the result would always be harmonious. It isn't true. A society where women are equal to men cannot coexist without friction with a worldview in which a woman's testimony is worth half a man's. A society where you can criticize God, change your religion or have none cannot absorb, without fracturing, a worldview in which apostasy is paid for with your life. Every people has its own genius and moves at its own pace. But not all values are equal, and you cannot build a nation on laws that contradict each other. Saying so is not racist. Racism is about blood. I am talking about laws, customs and values. And those values belong to no race: a Japanese, a Senegalese or an Iranian can make them his own, and millions have. That is exactly why they are worth defending. Let's remember where they come from. It all begins in Greece. In Athens, for the first time, men decide that truth does not descend from a throne but is sought through reason, and that a city governs itself through debate. Socrates chooses death rather than give up thinking freely. At Salamis, a handful of free cities stops the greatest empire in the world. Then comes Rome. Rome invents law that binds everyone, the citizen who holds rights, the Republic. And one immense idea: you can become Roman without being born Roman. You become Roman by adopting its laws. Christianity adds the most revolutionary idea in history: every human being, slave and emperor alike, has infinite worth. Then France. The cathedrals, those ships of stone our ancestors built over centuries for descendants they would never see. Descartes, Pascal, Voltaire. The Declaration of the Rights of Man. And Napoleon, who gives France the Civil Code, the lycées, and one simple principle: careers open to talent. Murat, the son of an innkeeper, ends up a Marshal of the Empire and King of Naples. The Civil Code spreads across much of Europe and still shapes the law of dozens of countries today. And this civilization goes on to abolish slavery, which had been practiced on every continent since the dawn of time, to push back the plague, smallpox and the night itself, and to set foot on the Moon. Peoples of the West, be proud of this history. Proud does not mean blind. Every civilization has committed crimes: conquest, slavery, war. Ours is the one that went furthest in examining its own faults, to the point of abolishing what it had once practiced. This capacity to question itself is its greatest strength. And that is exactly the strength now being turned against it. Because for decades, this magnificent system has been getting hacked. Not by an army. By an alliance of two forces that have nothing in common except one enemy: us. The first is communism. It lost the economic war, lost the Cold War, lost history's verdict with its tens of millions of dead. But it never lost the universities. It survived by changing costumes: class struggle became the struggle of the oppressed against their oppressors, and the West was declared guilty of everything. It taught our children to be ashamed of their ancestors, their borders and their culture. It is the root cause, because before you can bring down a civilization, you have to take away its will to defend itself. The second is political Islam. I am not talking about Muslims, many of whom came here precisely to escape this ideology and are its first victims. I am talking about a political project that wants to place religious law above civil law. It has no doubts. It feels no shame. It rushes into the void the first one dug. One disarms. The other advances. And let no one on the left believe they will stay in control. History has already staged this play. In 1978, Michel Foucault was enthusing over the Iranian revolution. Iran's communist party, the Tudeh, backed Khomeini and called on Iranians to vote for his Islamic constitution. By 1983, its leaders had been arrested, the party banned, and its chiefs paraded on television to confess their “crimes.” In 1988, thousands of political prisoners were executed, communist activists among them. The second always ends up devouring the first. Useful idiots are only useful for a while. So here is my call to every Western people. To the French, the Italians, the Poles, the Germans, the Spanish, the Americans, to all of you. We are at a turning point. What we do in the next ten years will decide what our grandchildren are allowed to say, believe, write and love. I am not asking you to die for the West. I am asking you for something harder: to live for it. Learn its history and pass it on. Have children. Speak without fear, even when they call you every name in the book. Vote, get involved, run for office. Build companies, schools, factories, families. Refuse the shame they are trying to inject into you. And stop surrendering anything that makes us who we are: freedom of thought, equality before the law, the dignity of every person. The historian Arnold Toynbee understood it: civilizations are not murdered, they commit suicide. And those who think they can let the West fall without paying the price should remember the Iranian communists. They helped tear down what they despised, and then they were next. The Greeks at Salamis were outnumbered. They won because they knew what they were defending. We are the heirs of Athens, Rome, Notre-Dame and the Civil Code. It is no accident that the rockets that will carry humanity to Mars are being built in a free civilization. It is time to prove ourselves worthy of what we were given. The West is worth defending. And no one will defend it for us.

DID GOD ABANDON ISRAEL—OR DID THE CHURCH ABANDON GOD'S PROMISES? 🇮🇱 “May all who hate Zion be put to shame and turned backward!” — Psalm 129:5 The accusations are relentless. “Modern Israel isn't the Israel of the Bible!” “God rejected the Jews!” “The Church replaced Israel!” “The land promises expired!” “The Jews are too unbelieving to be God's people!” “Jerusalem belongs to history, not prophecy!” From the streets come the slogans: “FREE GAZA!” “FROM THE RIVER TO THE SEA!” From some pulpits comes a different message: Israel's national promises are finished. The Church has inherited them. Different voices. Different arguments. One enormous question: WHAT DOES GOD ACTUALLY SAY? Let's put these accusations on trial before Scripture. ACCUSATION #1: “MODERN ISRAEL IS NOT BIBLICAL ISRAEL!” THE SCRIPTURE: EZEKIEL 36:24–27 God promised a remarkable sequence: FIRST — REGATHERED: “I will take you from the nations ... and bring you into your own land.” (v. 24) THEN — CLEANSED: “I will sprinkle clean water on you, and you shall be clean.” (v. 25) THEN — SPIRITUALLY RENEWED: “I will give you a new heart, and a new spirit.” (v. 26) Read that again. REGATHERED FIRST. CLEANSED SECOND. SPIRITUALLY RENEWED THIRD. Ezekiel 37:11 identifies the dry bones as “the whole house of Israel.” God's prophetic promise does not require Israel to achieve national righteousness before He begins restoring her. The modern state is not yet the fully restored Israel of biblical prophecy. But its present unbelief does not contradict the sequence God revealed. ISRAEL'S UNBELIEF IS NOT PROOF THAT GOD HAS ABANDONED HER! ACCUSATION #2: “GOD REJECTED THE JEWS!” THE SCRIPTURE: ROMANS 11:1 Paul asks the very question: “Has God rejected his people?” His answer? “BY NO MEANS!” Not maybe. Not until AD 70. Not until the Church appeared. BY NO MEANS! Paul goes further: “For the gifts and the calling of God are irrevocable.” — Romans 11:29 And Jeremiah 31:35–37 declares that Israel will not cease to be a nation before God while the established order of creation endures. THE SUN STILL SHINES. THE MOON STILL RISES. GOD'S PROMISES STILL STAND. ACCUSATION #3: “THE CHURCH REPLACED ISRAEL!” THE SCRIPTURE: ROMANS 11:17–21; JEREMIAH 31:31–37 Replacement Theology. Covenant Theology. Fulfillment Theology. They are not identical systems, but some expressions share a conclusion: Israel has no distinct future national restoration because the promises find their fulfillment in Christ and the Church. Yet God specifically names the house of Israel and the house of Judah when promising the New Covenant (Jeremiah 31:31). And Paul warns Gentile believers: “Do not be arrogant toward the branches.” — Romans 11:18 THE CHURCH WAS GRAFTED INTO GOD'S REDEMPTIVE STORY. ISRAEL WAS NOT ERASED FROM IT! Here is the question: IF GOD PROMISED ISRAEL A LAND, A NATION, A KING, AND A FUTURE RESTORATION, BY WHAT AUTHORITY DO WE REINTERPRET THOSE PROMISES AS HAVING NO FUTURE NATIONAL FULFILLMENT? Our theological systems must answer to Scripture—not the other way around. ACCUSATION #4: “THE COVENANTS EXPIRED!” THE SCRIPTURE: GENESIS 17:7–8; PSALM 105:8–11 God called His covenant with Abraham everlasting. He promised the land to Abraham's descendants. He promised David an enduring royal dynasty (2 Samuel 7:12–16). And through Amos, He foretold a restoration so complete that His people would never again be uprooted from their land (Amos 9:14–15). WHEN DID GOD ANNOUNCE THAT HIS EVERLASTING COVENANT HAD EXPIRED? Where is the passage? Where is the revocation? Where is the declaration that He has permanently rejected Israel? Paul says the opposite. “THE GIFTS AND THE CALLING OF GOD ARE IRREVOCABLE.” — ROMANS 11:29 ACCUSATION #5: “ISRAEL IS TOO UNBELIEVING TO BE RESTORED!” THE SCRIPTURE: EZEKIEL 36:22; ZECHARIAH 12:10; ROMANS 11:25–26 God declares: “It is not for your sake ... that I am about to act, but for the sake of my holy name.” — Ezekiel 36:22 NOT ISRAEL'S WORTHINESS. GOD'S FAITHFULNESS. Zechariah foretells a day when Israel will look upon the One who was pierced and mourn. Paul foretells a future beyond Israel's present partial hardening. “And in this way all Israel will be saved.” — Romans 11:26 THE STORY DOES NOT END WITH ISRAEL'S UNBELIEF. IT ENDS WITH GOD'S FAITHFULNESS! AND NOW, JERUSALEM. The city at the center of centuries of conflict. The city debated by politicians. The city contested by nations. The city whose prophetic future is dismissed by many theologians. What does God say? “ON THAT DAY I WILL MAKE JERUSALEM A HEAVY STONE FOR ALL THE PEOPLES. ALL WHO LIFT IT WILL SURELY HURT THEMSELVES.” — ZECHARIAH 12:3 A HEAVY STONE! And the prophecy does not end there. Zechariah 14:4 declares that the LORD will stand upon the Mount of Olives. Zechariah 14:9 proclaims that the LORD will be King over all the earth. Isaiah 2:2–4 describes nations streaming to Jerusalem to learn His ways. THE CITY THE NATIONS STRUGGLE OVER WILL ONE DAY BE THE CITY FROM WHICH THE MESSIAH REIGNS! Jerusalem is not an abandoned footnote in God's plan. IT STANDS AT THE CENTER OF HIS PROPHETIC PROMISES. THE VERDICT OF SCRIPTURE The nations may debate Israel's future. The protesters may fill the streets. The theologians may reinterpret Israel's promises. But none of those voices has the authority to revoke God's covenant. GOD PROMISED ABRAHAM A LAND. GOD PROMISED DAVID A THRONE. GOD PROMISED ISRAEL A RESTORATION. GOD PROMISED JERUSALEM A KING. And God declares: “FOR THE GIFTS AND THE CALLING OF GOD ARE IRREVOCABLE.” — ROMANS 11:29 So I have one final question for every believer who insists that God has finished with Israel: IF GOD COULD BREAK HIS EVERLASTING PROMISES TO ISRAEL, WHAT ASSURANCE WOULD YOU HAVE THAT HE WILL KEEP HIS PROMISES TO YOU? The answer matters. Because this is ultimately about something far greater than modern politics. IT IS ABOUT THE CHARACTER OF GOD. THE GOD WHO SCATTERED ISRAEL WILL KEEP HIS PROMISE TO RESTORE HER. THE GOD WHO MADE THE COVENANT WILL KEEP THE COVENANT. THE GOD WHO CHOSE ZION HAS NOT FORGOTTEN ZION. “Pray for the peace of Jerusalem!” — Psalm 122:6 GOD IS NOT FINISHED WITH ISRAEL. HE IS FAITHFUL TO HIS WORD. 🇮🇱 AM YISRAEL CHAI! The people of Israel live.

Why did God create evil? The answer struck me to the core of my soul! A professor at the university asked his students the following question: Everything that exists was created by God? One student bravely answered: Yes, created by God. Did God create everything? - a professor asked. "Yes, sir," replied the student. The professor asked: If God created everything, then God created evil, since it exists. And according to the principle that our deeds define ourselves, then God is evil. The student became silent after hearing such an answer. The professor was very pleased with himself. He boasted to students for proving once again that faith in God is a myth. Another student raised his hand and said: Can I ask you a question, professor? "Of course," replied the professor. A student got up and asked: Professor, is cold a thing? What kind of question? Of course it exists. Have you ever been cold? Students laughed at the young man's question. The young man answered: Actually, sir, cold doesn't exist. According to the laws of physics, what we consider cold is actually the absence of heat. A person or object can be studied on whether it has or transmits energy. Absolute zero (-460 degrees Fahrenheit) is a complete absence of heat. All matter becomes inert and unable to react at this temperature. Cold does not exist. We created this word to describe what we feel in the absence of heat. A student continued: Professor, does darkness exist? — Of course it exists. You're wrong again, sir. Darkness also does not exist. Darkness is actually the absence of light. We can study the light but not the darkness. We can use Newton's prism to spread white light across multiple colors and explore the different wavelengths of each color. You can't measure darkness. A simple ray of light can break into the world of darkness and illuminate it. How can you tell how dark a certain space is? You measure how much light is presented. Isn't it so? Darkness is a term man uses to describe what happens in the absence of light. In the end, the young man asked the professor: Sir. does evil exist? This time it was uncertain, the professor answered: Of course, as I said before. We see him every day. Cruelty, numerous crimes and violence throughout the world. These examples are nothing but a manifestation of evil. To this, the student answered: Evil does not exist, sir, or at least it does not exist for itself. Evil is simply the absence of God. It is like darkness and cold—a man-made word to describe the absence of God. God did not create evil. Evil is not faith or love, which exist as light and warmth. Evil is the result of the absence of Divine love in the human heart. It's the kind of cold that comes when there is no heat, or the kind of darkness that comes when there's no light. The student's name was Albert Einstein.

Titre : « Lady First ».
Brivadamus a parlé.

HOW CAN YOU LOVE THE JEWISH MESSIAH WHILE DESPISING THE JEWISH PEOPLE? 10 Biblical Reasons Every Believer Should Love the Jewish People Your Savior is Jewish. His apostles were Jewish. His prophets were Jewish. The Scriptures you treasure were entrusted to the Jewish people. The covenants that anchor God's redemptive plan were first given to Israel. Yet throughout history, antisemitism has found its way into communities that profess to worship Israel's Messiah. How can we claim to love the Jewish Messiah while harboring contempt for the people from whom He came? This is not primarily a political question. It is a biblical one. And Scripture gives us ten compelling reasons to love, honor, and pray for the Jewish people. 1. BECAUSE GOD LOVES ISRAEL "I have loved you with an everlasting love" (Jeremiah 31:3). God chose Israel not because of its greatness, but because He loved them and remained faithful to His oath (Deuteronomy 7:6–8). His love was never based on Israel's perfection, but on His covenant faithfulness. If God loves Israel, shouldn't believers reflect that love? 2. BECAUSE GOD'S COVENANTS ARE EVERLASTING God promised Abraham descendants, land, and blessing (Genesis 12:1–3; 15:18–21; 17:7–8). He reaffirmed those promises to Isaac and Jacob. Psalm 105:8–11 identifies Canaan as Israel's inheritance under an everlasting covenant. And in Jeremiah 31:35–37, God connects Israel's continued existence as a nation before Him to the fixed order of the sun, moon, and stars. If God refuses to abandon His covenant promises, why should we presume He has? 3. BECAUSE JESUS IS JEWISH Jesus descended from Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Judah, and David (Matthew 1:1–17; Hebrews 7:14). He worshiped in synagogues, celebrated Israel's feasts, and taught from the Hebrew Scriptures. Revelation 5:5 calls Him the Lion of Judah. Revelation 22:16 identifies Him as the Root and Offspring of David. Our Savior did not arrive disconnected from Israel's story. He came in fulfillment of it! 4. BECAUSE ISRAEL WAS ENTRUSTED WITH GOD'S WORD Paul declares that the Jewish people were entrusted with the very words of God (Romans 3:1–2). Romans 9:4–5 identifies Israel's extraordinary privileges: the covenants, the law, the promises, the patriarchs—and the Messiah's human ancestry. Consider what came through Israel: The patriarchs. The prophets. The Scriptures. The covenants. The apostles. The Messiah. We did not receive a faith disconnected from Israel. We received the blessings of God's unfolding redemptive plan through Israel. 5. BECAUSE SALVATION CAME THROUGH THE JEWISH PEOPLE Jesus declared, "Salvation is from the Jews" (John 4:22). God promised Abraham that all the families of the earth would be blessed through him (Genesis 12:3). Genesis 22:18 connects that worldwide blessing to Abraham's offspring, ultimately fulfilled in Messiah (Galatians 3:16). God's election of Israel was never intended to exclude the nations. Through Israel's Messiah, God extended salvation to the world! The nations have received an immeasurable blessing through the Jewish people. 6. BECAUSE GENTILE BELIEVERS WERE GRAFTED INTO THE OLIVE TREE Romans 11 contains a sobering warning against Gentile arrogance. Paul describes natural branches and wild branches grafted into a cultivated olive tree. Then he warns: "Do not consider yourself to be superior to those other branches" (Romans 11:18). Through faith in Israel's Messiah, Gentile believers share in the nourishing root of God's covenant blessings. Paul never tells the wild branches that they have replaced the natural branches. Instead, he warns them against boasting (Romans 11:17–24). We were graciously grafted into a story God began with Abraham. The root supports us. We do not support the root! 7. BECAUSE JESUS AND PAUL LOVED THEIR JEWISH PEOPLE Jesus wept over Jerusalem (Luke 19:41). He lamented over her and longed to gather her children (Matthew 23:37). Paul expressed profound sorrow for his fellow Israelites (Romans 9:1–4). And his prayer was unmistakable: "My heart's desire and prayer to God for the Israelites is that they may be saved" (Romans 10:1). Their love was not sentimental indifference. It included compassion, grief, prayer, and a longing for salvation. Yeshua wept over Jerusalem. Paul grieved for Israel. When did indifference toward the Jewish people become acceptable among believers? 8. BECAUSE GOD HAS NOT REJECTED HIS PEOPLE Paul asks: "Did God reject his people?" His answer is emphatic: "By no means!" (Romans 11:1). He later declares that Israel remains beloved because of the patriarchs and that God's gifts and calling are irrevocable (Romans 11:28–29). Even amid Israel's present unbelief, God's covenant faithfulness remains. Paul explicitly warns Gentile believers against conceit (Romans 11:20, 25). If God could abandon His promises to Israel, what assurance would we have that He will keep His promises to us? Thankfully, He is the God who keeps His Word. 9. BECAUSE GOD HAS A FUTURE FOR ISRAEL Israel's significance in Scripture is not confined to the past. Ezekiel 36:24–27 anticipates Israel's regathering and spiritual cleansing. Zechariah 12:10 describes an outpouring of grace upon Jerusalem. Romans 11:25–27 anticipates Israel's future salvation. And the prophets describe a coming Kingdom in which the nations stream to Zion to learn God's ways (Isaiah 2:2–4; Micah 4:1–4). Gabriel declared that Yeshua would receive David's throne and reign over the house of Jacob (Luke 1:32–33). Zechariah 14:9, 16 describes the LORD reigning over the earth, with nations coming to Jerusalem to worship the King. Israel is not merely where God's redemptive story began. Jerusalem is central to where His prophetic promises are leading! 10. BECAUSE SCRIPTURE COMMANDS LOVE, PRAYER, AND GRATITUDE "Pray for the peace of Jerusalem" (Psalm 122:6). Yeshua commanded us to love our neighbors as ourselves (Matthew 22:39). And Paul provides an extraordinary reminder in Romans 15:27: Gentile believers who shared in the spiritual blessings of Jewish believers were indebted to serve them with material blessings. Our gratitude should produce action. Love does not mean believing every Jewish person is righteous, endorsing every Israeli government decision, or suggesting salvation comes apart from Yeshua (Acts 4:12; Romans 1:16). It means rejecting antisemitism, confronting hatred, cultivating genuine friendships, praying for Jewish people, demonstrating compassion, and sharing the hope of their Messiah. Biblical love is more than a theological position. It is a responsibility. THE ROOT SUPPORTS YOU. YOU DO NOT SUPPORT THE ROOT. Consider what Paul teaches in Romans 11: God has not rejected His people (verse 1). Gentile believers must not boast against the natural branches (verse 18). Israel remains beloved because of the patriarchs (verse 28). God's gifts and calling are irrevocable (verse 29). This is not about elevating one ethnicity above another. Jew and Gentile alike need salvation through the same Messiah (Romans 10:12–13). It is about honoring God's Word, recognizing His faithfulness, and refusing to despise a people He calls beloved. The Church did not create the olive tree. We were grafted into it. The Jewish people were entrusted with the Scriptures and the covenants. From their ancestry came the Messiah, who will reign upon David's throne. If Jesus loves His people, if Paul grieved for their salvation, and if God still calls them beloved, what business do believers have treating the Jewish people with contempt? Love the Jewish people. Reject antisemitism. Pray for Jerusalem. Proclaim Jesus, Israel's Messiah. Trust the God who keeps His covenants. "For God's gifts and his call are irrevocable." — Romans 11:29 One root. Natural branches. Wild branches grafted in. One faithful God.

✡️ DID JESUS DESCRIBE ISRAEL'S PROPHETIC FUTURE? The Jewish Jesus | Day 8 of 8 What if Jesus' description of His return is one of the most thoroughly Jewish prophecies in the entire New Testament? The darkened sun. The coming Son of Man. The mourning tribes. The great trumpet. The gathering from the four winds. These images were not invented by Jesus. They were rooted in Israel's Hebrew Scriptures. And His Jewish disciples would have recognized their significance. MATTHEW 24:29–31 “But immediately after the suffering of those days, the sun will be darkened, the moon will not give its light, the stars will fall from the sky, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken;and then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in the sky. Then all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of the sky with power and great glory. He will send out his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they will gather together his chosen ones from the four winds, from one end of the sky to the other.” 1. THE DARKENED SUN AND MOON Jesus begins with imagery familiar to Israel's prophets. Isaiah 13:10 describes the sun, moon, and stars losing their light during divine judgment. Joel 2:31 declares: “The sun will be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and terrible day of the LORD comes.” This is the language of the Day of the LORD, when God intervenes decisively in human history. Whether every cosmic image is literal or includes prophetic symbolism, the significance is unmistakable. The Messiah's return belongs within Israel's prophetic expectations. 2. THE SON OF MAN IS DANIEL'S PROMISED KING Jesus' next statement takes us to Daniel 7:13–14. Daniel sees someone like a Son of Man coming with the clouds of heaven. The prophecy declares: “Dominion was given him, and glory, and a kingdom, that all the peoples, nations, and languages should serve him.” His dominion is everlasting. His kingdom will never be destroyed. In Daniel's vision, the Son of Man approaches the Ancient of Days to receive royal authority. Yeshua HaMashiach (Jesus the Messiah) identifies Himself with this glorious ruler. His return is not disconnected from Israel's prophetic hope. It is the fulfillment of the promised King's glorious reign. 3. WHY DO THE TRIBES MOURN? Matthew 24:30 declares: “Then all the tribes of the earth will mourn.” The Greek word gē can mean earth or land. Some interpreters understand this as a reference particularly to Israel, while others see a worldwide response. But the connection to Zechariah 12 is remarkable. Zechariah 12:10 declares: “They will look to me whom they have pierced; and they shall mourn for him, as one mourns for his only son.” The prophecy describes mourning among Israel's families, beginning with the house of David. Then Zechariah 13:1 announces cleansing for Jerusalem. Recognition. Mourning. Cleansing. The same prophetic pattern we encountered on Day 3! In the future-restoration understanding, Israel's recognition of the pierced Messiah accompanies His glorious return. The One previously rejected will finally be acknowledged. 4. THE GREAT TRUMPET AND THE FOUR WINDS Jesus announces a great trumpet accompanying the gathering of His chosen ones. To Jewish listeners, trumpet imagery was familiar. At Sinai, a powerful trumpet blast accompanied God's revelation (Exodus 19). Isaiah 27:13 declares: “It will happen in that day that a great trumpet will be blown.” The passage describes dispersed Israelites returning to worship the Lord in Jerusalem. And what about the four winds? Deuteronomy 30:3–4 promises God's gathering of Israel from distant lands. Isaiah 11:12 anticipates the gathering of Israel's dispersed people and Judah's scattered inhabitants. The parallels are striking. Matthew 24 does not explicitly identify the gathered elect exclusively as Jewish. Yet its imagery closely resembles Israel's restoration prophecies. Jesus was speaking in the language of the Hebrew prophets. 5. DID EVERYTHING HAPPEN IN AD 70? Some interpret Matthew 24 primarily through Jerusalem's destruction in AD 70. That judgment was devastating and fulfilled Jesus' warnings concerning the Temple. But important questions remain. Has the Son of Man visibly appeared in power and great glory? Have the nations acknowledged His universal reign? Has Daniel's promised kingdom reached its complete earthly manifestation? Within the premillennial understanding, these events remain future. Jerusalem's destruction was genuine historical judgment. But it did not exhaust everything the Hebrew prophets foretold. 6. THE JEWISH JESUS AND THE UNFINISHED STORY Across these eight days, we have examined Jesus through Israel's Scriptures. He affirmed the Torah. He promised twelve thrones over Israel's tribes. He anticipated Jerusalem's future acknowledgment. He inaugurated the New Covenant. He proclaimed living water at Sukkot. He declared that salvation comes from the Jews. He announced Isaiah's messianic liberation. And now He describes His return through the language of Israel's prophets. Consider the continuity. Moses anticipated restoration. Isaiah anticipated the gathering. Daniel anticipated the King. Zechariah anticipated mourning and cleansing. Jesus brings these prophetic themes together. The Messiah who fulfilled the prophecies of His suffering will accomplish God's remaining purposes. The nations will recognize His authority. Israel's covenant promises will not fail. And the King will reign. Jesus did not come to erase Israel's prophetic story. He came to bring God's promises to fulfillment. The question is not whether we should read Jesus through a Jewish lens. The question is how we could ever understand Him fully without one. Matthew 24:29–31 | Daniel 7:13–14 | Zechariah 12:10

Every one of us started out as a mental communist. A very small child believes that wishing makes it so. The world revolves around him. Food appears, toys appear, someone else pays for everything. When reality says no, he cries: "It's not fair!" And when something breaks, it's someone else's fault. Normally, children figure out around four that it isn't so. The mental communist doesn't. The rest of us learn it from reality. The stove is hot. The toy breaks. The friend leaves. Wishes don't move the world; work does. Freud called it the passage from the pleasure principle to the reality principle. It is called growing up. The mental communist never made that passage. He is fifty years old, and still four. Why? Because he was protected from reality for too long. A comfortable home, endless studies, a job in an institution where being wrong costs nothing, and a state that plays the parent. Peter Pan was the boy who wouldn't grow up. Today Neverland has a campus, a newsroom and a ministry. And so the fantasies became delusions. A child's fantasy is soft. It gives way when reality pushes. A delusion is hard. It survives every piece of evidence – that is what makes it a delusion. You recognize the grown child easily. The tantrum when reality says no – today we call it outrage. Rights without duties. Someone else always pays – only the parent has become the state. Every failure is someone else's fault: he started it. And the imaginary friend – "humanity," "the people," "history" – who always agrees with him. Here is the danger. A child's fantasy is guarded by his parents. A grown man's delusion is guarded by power – and paid for by everyone else. What grows people up is what it always was: consequences, work, responsibility for someone other than yourself. And nothing ends a fantasy faster than your own baby crying at three in the morning. A civilization is built by adults. It cannot be run from Neverland.
Mental Communism – How to Recognize It. You don't need a party card to be a communist anymore. You don't even need to have read Marx. Mental communism is not an ideology. It is a way of thinking – and you meet it every day: in the office, in the newsroom, at the dinner table, in the ministry. Here is how to recognize it. 1. Words before things. Rename a problem and it's solved. Insecurity becomes "a feeling of insecurity." Rioters become "youths." Censorship becomes "fighting disinformation." 2. Intentions before results. A policy is good because it means well and sounds good. That it failed is a detail – usually someone else's fault. 3. Humanity before people. He loves humanity. He can't stand his neighbor. 4. The model before reality. When the world doesn't fit the theory, the world must change. A new law, a new program, a bigger budget. 5. An enemy for every failure. The plan never fails. It is sabotaged – by the rich, the speculators, the "far right," the weather. 6. Appearances before reality. Poses before acts: the flag in the profile picture, the slogan at dinner, the open letter signed with a hundred others. Then nothing. 7. Rights for me, rules for you. Free speech for his side, "hate speech" for yours. Private schools for his children, public ones for yours. 8. He never pays. Being wrong costs him nothing – he moves on to the next cause, the next post, the next promotion. 9. Consensus instead of evidence. "Experts agree." "Studies show." "Everyone knows." Ask which study, and you become the problem. 10. No exit. Ask him what would prove him wrong. Silence – or outrage. Poles recognize it instantly. We lived inside it for forty-five years: the meetings where everyone knew and nobody said, the newspapers reporting record harvests, the slogans on the walls. The regime only partly fell. The habit stayed. And in the West, it never even needed a regime. What unites all ten? One thing. For the mental communist, reality doesn't exist – only his wishes, his words, his poses, and the power to impose them. Every sign is the same gesture: putting something in reality's place. Words instead of things. Intentions instead of results. A model instead of the world. An enemy instead of a mistake. A pose instead of an act. Consensus instead of evidence. That is also why he never pays and never admits he was wrong: you cannot be wrong about a world you don't believe exists. Like children living in their fantasies. Children believing that wishing makes it so – except these children have power. The good news: a habit of mind can be broken. It starts with one sentence, said out loud: the world doesn't work like that.

Alex Gibney's "Musk" documentary hits every US theater this week. Four hours, full of lies. Expect the attacks on Elon to be legion. Why? Because what he's building threatens a world that runs on scarcity. Expensive houses. Expensive schools. Expensive everything. Abundance is terrible news for everyone who profits from things staying expensive. If you want to understand why he's the target, watch this video. It's also why I'm super optimistic.

“Ask yourself a simple question. Why is almost every celebrity on the same side? “Actors, singers, late-night hosts, award-show presenters. Thousands of people with different backgrounds, different lives, different temperaments. And somehow, on every major issue, they land on the exact same opinion, at the exact same moment, with the exact same hashtags. Free minds don't behave like that. An ecosystem does. “Now ask a second question. Elon Musk is landing rockets on their own tails. He's bringing internet to villages that never had a phone line. He's building cars that drive themselves and implants that let paralyzed people move a cursor with their thoughts. Artists are supposed to be the ones who dream about the future. Here is a man actually building it. How many of them stand next to him? A handful. Why? “Because Hollywood is not a free market of talent. It's a royal court. “A young actor doesn't make it because he's good. Hundreds are good. He makes it because someone lets him in: an agent, a casting director, a producer, a studio, an awards committee. Every step is a gate, and every gate has a keeper. When your whole career depends on a few rooms, you learn very quickly what can be said in those rooms and what can't. “This is how it works. First you stay silent. Then you nod. Then you repeat. Then you believe. Compromise never arrives all at once. It arrives one dinner, one role, one red carpet at a time. And once you've given up enough, you need the system to stay in place, because the system is the only thing that makes the sacrifice worth it. “Want to see the whole mechanism in a single story? For decades, one of the most powerful producers in Hollywood was the subject of accusations from dozens of women, and much of the industry treated it as an open secret. A host even joked about it at an Oscar nominations announcement, and the room laughed. Speaking up seriously meant losing everything. When the truth finally broke, the same industry dressed in black and applauded its own courage. Silence while it pays. Virtue once it's safe. That's the system. “And that's the real lie. Not that these people are monsters. Most aren't. The lie is calling it courage. Real courage costs you something. Saying what every room in town already applauds costs nothing. Saying the opposite is what costs. That's why so few artists stand with Elon. Not because they've studied his ideas and rejected them, but because standing there is a career risk they can't afford. “Look at what happened to him when he left the consensus. Advertisers fled. Friends disappeared. Invitations stopped. He could afford it. Almost nobody else can. That tells you exactly how free that world really is. “So wake up. Stop taking your political cues from people whose paycheck depends on agreeing. A celebrity endorsement is not an argument. It's a loyalty signal. Your vote, your convictions, your children's future: don't outsource them to people who are paid to recite lines someone else wrote. “The people who build the future rarely get applause from the people who perform it. “Think for yourself. It's the most American thing you can do.” —Brivael Le Pogam (@brivael), translated from French

Hola, soy palestino. 1947. La ONU me ofreció un estado. Junto a Israel. Fronteras, independencia, reconocimiento. Me dio autonomía. ¿Democracia? No he tenido elecciones en casi 20 años.

Over 75 senior retired 🇺🇸U.S. generals, admirals, and military lawyers have signed a new open letter rejecting claims that Israel committed genocide in Gaza. The signatories include those who have commanded U.S. armed forces in combat, applying the laws of armed conflict. Their conclusion: based on the facts and applicable legal standard, the conduct of Israel’s war against Hamas does not constitute genocide. As the letter states, “Civilian deaths occurring during combat, however tragic, are insufficient, by themselves, to support a finding of genocidal intent.” The standards used to judge military conduct matter precisely because war is tragic and imperfect. “The precedent established today regarding Israel will shape the conditions under which American forces fight tomorrow. Protecting civilians and preserving the ability of our nation to defend itself requires us to defend the truth when the laws of war are being distorted to make false charges of genocide.” This is not an argument for minimizing the suffering of civilians. It is an argument for applying the law faithfully and maintaining the distinctions that matter: between the tragic consequences of war, violations of the laws of armed conflict, and the specific crime of genocide. “GOD IS DONE WITH ISRAEL.” IS HE? You cannot understand Israel biblically without understanding covenant. God did not choose Israel because Israel was stronger, wiser, or more righteous than the nations. He chose Israel according to His sovereign purpose. Then He attached His own name to promises He made to Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, David, and the nation of Israel. And that changes everything. Because Israel’s ultimate restoration will not prove that Israel never failed. It will prove that God never did. 🌿 1. THE ABRAHAMIC COVENANT God promised Abraham: • A nation • Descendants • A land • Blessing • Blessing to the nations through his seed Genesis 12:1–3 Genesis 15:18–21 Genesis 17:7–8 In Genesis 15, Abraham did not walk between the covenant pieces. God did. Abraham was asleep. The covenant rested ultimately upon the faithfulness of God. Israel could fail. God could not. 🗺️ 2. THE LAND COVENANT God foretold Israel’s rebellion and scattering before they even entered the land. Yet He also promised something beyond the scattering: regathering. Deuteronomy 30:1–5 describes Israel returning from dispersion and being brought again into the land promised to their fathers. Judgment did not cancel the promise. Exile did not erase the covenant. Scattering was real. So is restoration. 👑 3. THE DAVIDIC COVENANT God promised David an enduring house, throne, and kingdom. 2 Samuel 7:12–16 Psalm 89:3–4 Psalm 89:34–37 That promise ultimately points to David’s greater Son, the Messiah. Isaiah says He will reign upon the throne of David. Isaiah 9:6–7 Jeremiah speaks of a righteous Branch arising for David who will reign as King. Jeremiah 23:5–6 The story does not end with David’s throne forgotten. It ends with David’s Son reigning. 📜 4. THE MOSAIC COVENANT This covenant was different. It was conditional. Israel’s enjoyment of blessing under the Law depended upon obedience. Exodus 19:5 Deuteronomy 28 Israel failed repeatedly. But the Mosaic Covenant did not erase the unconditional promises God had already made to Abraham. Paul makes that principle explicit in Galatians 3:17. The Law came later. It did not annul the promise. Instead, Israel’s failure under the Law demonstrated humanity’s need for more than commandments. We need transformed hearts. ❤️ 5. THE NEW COVENANT Notice who God names: “the people of Israel and the people of Judah.” Jeremiah 31:31 God promises: • Forgiveness • Cleansing • A new heart • His Spirit within • His law written upon the heart • Restored fellowship Jeremiah 31:31–34 Ezekiel 36:24–28 Ezekiel 37:21–28 Gentile believers wonderfully share in New Covenant blessings through Messiah. But sharing in Israel’s blessings does not require erasing Israel. Romans 11 gives us the picture. Gentiles are wild olive branches grafted in. We do not replace the natural branches. And Paul warns Gentile believers: Do not boast over them. Romans 11:17–18 ❓ “BUT GOD IS FINISHED WITH ISRAEL.” Paul anticipated that argument. His answer could hardly be stronger. “Did God reject his people? By no means!” Romans 11:1 Then Paul asks whether Israel stumbled beyond recovery. Again By no means. Romans 11:11 Israel’s present condition is not permanent rejection. Paul calls it a partial hardening. And he gives it an expiration point: “until the full number of the Gentiles has come in.” Romans 11:25 Then comes the stunning declaration: “And in this way all Israel will be saved.” Romans 11:26 Why does Israel still matter in God’s purposes? Paul tells us: They remain beloved because of the patriarchs. Romans 11:28 And then: “for God’s gifts and his call are irrevocable.” Romans 11:29 Irrevocable means something. ✨ FOR HIS NAME’S SAKE Here is one of the most important truths in the entire discussion. God does not restore Israel because Israel deserves restoration. Ezekiel says God acts for His holy name. Ezekiel 36:22–23 Then God says He will gather Israel from the nations, bring them into their own land, cleanse them, give them a new heart, and put His Spirit within them. Ezekiel 36:24–28 Why? Because God’s name is attached to His promises. Israel’s restoration becomes a public vindication of God’s covenant faithfulness. Not Israel’s greatness. God’s greatness. Not Israel’s faithfulness. God’s faithfulness. ☀️ CAN GOD SIMPLY CANCEL ISRAEL? Jeremiah gives an astonishing answer. God points to the sun, moon, and stars. Then He says that only if this fixed order disappears will Israel cease to be a nation before Him. Jeremiah 31:35–37 Look outside tonight. The witnesses are still there. Sun. Moon. Stars. And the covenant-keeping God who placed them there has not changed. ⚠️ WHAT ABOUT THOSE WHO HATE ZION? Scripture does not say Israel is above judgment. Far from it. God disciplines Israel severely throughout Scripture. But there is a vast difference between God disciplining His covenant people and the nations imagining that Israel’s discipline gives them permission to despise Zion. The Psalmist says: “May all who hate Zion be turned back in shame.” Psalm 129:5 Zechariah looks toward a day when Jerusalem becomes a heavy stone for the nations gathered against her. Zechariah 12:3 And later, Israel looks upon the One they pierced and mourns. Zechariah 12:10 Judgment. Deliverance. Repentance. Restoration. The prophets repeatedly place them together. 🔥 THE BIBLICAL PATTERN The biblical pattern is not: Israel sinned. Therefore Israel was replaced. It is: Israel sinned. Israel was disciplined. Israel was scattered. Israel experiences partial hardening. Israel will be regathered. Israel will be cleansed. Israel will turn to her Messiah. Israel will be restored. Why? Because God made covenants. The Abrahamic Covenant promised the nation. The Land Covenant promised restoration. The Davidic Covenant promised the King. The Mosaic Covenant demonstrated humanity’s need for transformation. The New Covenant promises cleansing and a new heart. Put them together: A restored people. In their promised land. Under their promised King. With transformed hearts. Blessing the nations. That is not replacement. That is fulfillment. And ultimately, it is not about Israel proving worthy. It is about God proving faithful. Israel’s restoration will not prove that Israel never failed. It will prove that God never did.

WHAT IF ISRAEL IS NOT WAITING FOR MESSIAH TO COME FOR THE FIRST TIME? Before asking who the Messiah is, ask something even more basic. What did Israel expect Messiah to do? Not according to modern theology. According to the Tanakh. According to Rashi. According to Rambam. And once we gather the evidence, a remarkable tension emerges. 📜 RECEIPT #1 — RASHI On Isaiah 11:1, Rashi asks whether Israel’s hope has been lost. His answer is striking. It is not lost. Why? Because ultimately מלך משיחנו ויגאלם “Our King Messiah will come and redeem them.” Rashi identifies Isaiah 11 with the future מלך המשיח — Melech HaMashiach, the King Messiah. And Isaiah tells us what happens in that age. A shoot comes from Jesse. חֹטֶר מִגֵּזַע יִשָׁי “A shoot from the stem of Jesse.” The Spirit of YHWH rests upon Him. He judges in righteousness. And eventually מָלְאָה הָאָרֶץ דֵּעָה אֶת־יְהוָה “The earth shall be full of the knowledge of YHWH.” Then something unmistakably national happens. וְאָסַף נִדְחֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל “He shall assemble the banished of Israel.” And וּנְפֻצוֹת יְהוּדָה יְקַבֵּץ “He shall gather the dispersed of Judah.” Isaiah 11:12 Israel. Judah. The nations. The earth. The Davidic King. This is Messianic restoration. 📜 RECEIPT #2 — RAMBAM Centuries later, Maimonides made the expectation even more concrete. He writes הַמֶּלֶךְ הַמָּשִׁיחַ עָתִיד לַעֲמֹד “The King Messiah will arise in the future.” And what will he do? Restore the kingdom of the House of David. וּבוֹנֶה הַמִּקְדָּשׁ Build the Temple. Gather the dispersed of Israel. Rambam’s Messiah is not abstract. He is Davidic. He concerns Israel. He concerns Jerusalem. He concerns the Temple. He concerns the nations. And those expectations have not disappeared. 📜 RECEIPT #3 — THE PROPHETS AGREE Jeremiah 23:5 says וַהֲקִמֹתִי לְדָוִד צֶמַח צַדִּיק “I will raise unto David a righteous Branch.” And וּמָלַךְ מֶלֶךְ “A King shall reign.” Ezekiel 37:24 is equally direct. וְעַבְדִּי דָוִד מֶלֶךְ עֲלֵיהֶם “My servant David shall be King over them.” The Messianic hope is unmistakably tied to David’s throne and Israel’s restoration. But now the mystery begins. Because the Tanakh gives us another portrait. TWO PORTRAITS OF MESSIAH? One reigns. One suffers. One is received. One is rejected. One rules the nations. One is wounded. Isaiah 53 says וְהוּא מְחֹלָל מִפְּשָׁעֵנוּ “He was wounded because of our transgressions.” And וּבַחֲבֻרָתוֹ נִרְפָּא־לָנוּ “By his wound, healing came to us.” Then Zechariah gives us another startling image. וְהִבִּיטוּ אֵלַי אֵת אֲשֶׁר־דָּקָרוּ “They shall look unto Me concerning the one whom they pierced.” Zechariah 12:10 Jewish interpretation itself wrestled with this tension. One strand spoke of Mashiach ben Yosef, associated with suffering and death, alongside Mashiach ben David, the victorious Davidic king. Ibn Ezra, commenting on Zechariah 12:10, refers to משיח בן יוסף being killed. So the question is real. How can Messiah suffer and Messiah reign? But perhaps another question is even more important. Does the Tanakh actually require two different Messiahs? Or could there be one Messiah with two appearances? And then Daniel changes everything. 📜 RECEIPT #4 — DANIEL’S CLOCK Daniel gives us chronology. Daniel 9:26 says יִכָּרֵת מָשִׁיחַ Yikkaret Mashiach. “An anointed one shall be cut off.” Then comes וְהָעִיר וְהַקֹּדֶשׁ יַשְׁחִית the destruction of “the city and the sanctuary.” Notice the sequence. מָשִׁיחַ Messiah/anointed one. יִכָּרֵת Cut off. Then הָעִיר וְהַקֹּדֶשׁ the city and the sanctuary are destroyed. Messiah. Cut off. Temple destroyed. That order matters. The Second Temple was destroyed in AD 70. Yet the great restoration passages remain unfinished. Isaiah 11 still awaits its fullness. Jeremiah 23 still awaits its fullness. Ezekiel 37 still awaits its fullness. Zechariah 14 still awaits its fullness. So we are left with two great prophetic movements. FIRST Messiah appears. Messiah suffers. Messiah is rejected. Messiah is cut off. THEN Israel is restored. David’s King reigns. Jerusalem becomes central. The nations worship YHWH. The earth is filled with His knowledge. Maybe these passages do not contradict one another at all. Maybe we have been trying to fit two moments into one moment. First suffering. Then glory. First rejection. Then recognition. First the wounded Servant. Then the reigning King. First Mashiach is cut off. Then Mashiach returns. Suddenly the prophets begin fitting together. Isaiah 53 does not cancel Isaiah 11. Daniel 9 does not cancel Ezekiel 37. Zechariah 12 does not cancel Zechariah 14. Perhaps they are different chapters of one Messianic story. And that brings us quietly to one name. Yeshua. He appeared while the Second Temple still stood. He suffered. He was rejected. He was cut off. Then Jerusalem and the sanctuary were destroyed. Yet the Davidic kingdom promises remain. Israel’s restoration remains. Jerusalem’s future remains. So perhaps Israel is right to continue expecting Messiah’s kingdom. Perhaps Rashi was right to see a future Messianic redemption. Perhaps Rambam was right to insist that the Davidic promises are concrete. But perhaps Israel is not waiting for Messiah to appear for the first time. Perhaps Israel is waiting for Messiah to finish what the prophets said He would do. Read the Tanakh again. Who was wounded in Isaiah 53? Who was cut off before the sanctuary’s destruction in Daniel 9? Who is pierced in Zechariah 12? Who reigns as David’s righteous King in Jeremiah 23? Who gathers Israel? Who has brought the nations to the knowledge of YHWH? Maybe the mystery is not two Messiahs. Maybe it is two appearances of one Messiah. First the suffering. Then the crown. And perhaps His name has already been spoken.

This month marks 500 years since a small, illegal book began slipping into England hidden in bales of cloth and barrels of goods. It was William Tyndale’s English New Testament, and it changed the world. Published in 1526, it was the first English NT translated directly from the original Greek… but Tyndale was far more than a translator. He was a scholar, theologian, linguist, reformer, and martyr whose work helped reshape the English Bible, the English language, and the Reformation itself. Here is why we need to remember this remarkable man: 📖 Tyndale believed Scripture belonged in the hands of ordinary Christians, not locked behind Latin, clerical authority and scholarly privilege. When challenged by a wealthy clergyman, he famously declared: "I defy the Pope and all his laws. If God spares my life, ere many years I will cause a boy that driveth the plough to know more of the Scriptures than thou dost." To do it, he fled England and spent years translating in hiding while authorities hunted him. 🗣️ He shaped the English language. Every time you say: • “The salt of the earth.” • “My brother’s keeper” • “Eat, drink and be merry” • “Go the extra mile” • “Fighting the good fight” • “Broken-hearted” …among so many other phrases, you are quoting Tyndale. When English lacked words for Hebrew concepts, he invented them: atonement, Passover, scapegoat, mercy seat. He even included the first glossary in an English Bible to help readers understand his translation choices. His extraordinary gift for English became the foundation for the King James Version, weaving his words into the very fabric of our language. 👑 The King James translators couldn't improve upon his work. When 54 scholars were commissioned in 1611 to create the King James Bible, they were tasked with producing a brand new translation... but when they sat down to the work, they found they didn't need to reinvent the wheel. Tyndale’s cadence, vocabulary, and grasp of the original languages were so masterful that the committee found they simply could not improve upon his phrasing. They adopted his work as the backbone of their own. Modern computer analysis confirms that roughly 84% of the King James New Testament, and 76% of the Old Testament books Tyndale translated, are essentially Tyndale’s exact words. When you read the King James Bible, you are hearing the voice of William Tyndale. 🔥 He counted the Word worth dying for. Tyndale was betrayed, arrested, and imprisoned in a cold castle for over a year. On October 6, 1536, he was strangled and burned at the stake. His final recorded prayer was not for his own life, but for his enemies: “Lord, open the King of England’s eyes.” Within just a few years, English Bibles were being placed in churches throughout the realm. Tyndale died, but his work lived, and the Word of God went forth. By the providence of God, the work of one faithful man helped to put the Scriptures into the hands of millions upon millions of people for centuries.

ISRAEL IS ISRAEL. THE CHURCH IS THE CHURCH. What if one of the biggest keys to understanding Bible prophecy is also one of the simplest? Israel is Israel. The Church is the Church. They are not enemies. They are not two different ways of salvation. And recognizing a distinction between them does not diminish the glory of the Church. It magnifies the faithfulness of God. Because the God of Israel made specific promises to specific people, and He does not forget who received them. 🕎 GOD MADE COVENANTS WITH ISRAEL God promised Abraham descendants, a nation, blessing, and a land. 📖 Genesis 12:1–3 📖 Genesis 15:18 📖 Genesis 17:7–8 He confirmed those promises through Isaac and Jacob. He promised David an enduring dynasty and kingdom. 📖 2 Samuel 7:12–16 He promised Israel future restoration, cleansing, national renewal, and a restored relationship with Him. 📖 Jeremiah 31:31–37 📖 Ezekiel 36:22–28 📖 Ezekiel 37:21–28 Psalm 105 says the LORD remembers His covenant forever and specifically connects that covenant with Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, and the land of Canaan. 📖 Psalm 105:8–11 Jeremiah goes even further. The God of Israel ties His covenant faithfulness to Israel and David to the fixed order of day and night. 📖 Jeremiah 33:20–26 Look outside. Has night stopped following day? Then God has not forgotten His covenant promises. ✝️ THEN GOD REVEALED THE CHURCH The New Testament reveals something magnificent: Jews and Gentiles united in one body through Messiah. 📖 1 Corinthians 12:13 📖 Ephesians 2:14–16 📖 Ephesians 3:4–6 The Church is the body of Messiah. But here is the critical point: Unity does not require identity. Jews and Gentiles becoming one in Messiah does not mean Gentiles become ethnic Israel, nor does it mean Israel’s national covenant promises disappear. There is one Savior. One gospel. One way of salvation. Yet God can accomplish that spiritual unity while still keeping promises He made specifically to Israel. 🔥 ROMANS 11 WILL NOT LET ISRAEL DISAPPEAR Paul asks the question directly: “Did God reject his people?” His answer: “By no means!” Romans 11:1 Then Paul describes Israel’s present condition as a partial hardening. 📖 Romans 11:25 Partial. Not complete. And it lasts “until” something happens. Paul then speaks of Israel’s future salvation and reminds us: “God’s gifts and his call are irrevocable.” Romans 11:29 Notice something important. Paul wrote Romans after Pentecost. The Church already existed. Yet Paul still speaks distinctly of Israel, Gentiles, and the natural branches. If Israel had simply been renamed “the Church,” Romans 11 would be a very strange chapter. Instead, Paul warns Gentile believers: Do not boast over the natural branches. 📖 Romans 11:17–21 The Gentiles were grafted in. Beautiful. But being grafted into God’s blessings is not the same thing as becoming Israel. Participation is not replacement. 👑 JESUS NEVER CORRECTED THE CATEGORY After His resurrection, the disciples asked Jesus: “Lord, are you at this time going to restore the kingdom to Israel?” Acts 1:6 They had spent years with Jesus, witnessed His death, seen the risen Messiah, and heard Him teach for forty days about the Kingdom of God. And they still expected a future kingdom restored to Israel. If that expectation were fundamentally wrong, this would have been the perfect moment for Jesus to correct them. But He didn’t. Instead, He addressed their concern about timing: “It is not for you to know the times or dates...” Acts 1:7 The timing was withheld. The expectation was not erased. WHAT ABOUT THE STRONGEST OBJECTION? Ephesians 2 says Jew and Gentile have been made one in Messiah. Galatians 3 says believers are Abraham’s offspring. 1 Peter applies covenant language to believers. Therefore, some conclude that the distinction between Israel and the Church has ended. Those passages absolutely teach the spiritual unity of believers. But they do not say: “Israel is no longer Israel.” They do not say: “The Abrahamic covenant has been canceled.” They do not say: “Israel’s national promises have been transferred to the Church.” And they do not overturn Romans 11, where Israel remains identifiable alongside Gentile believers. The better distinction is simple: Sharing Israel’s spiritual blessings does not require becoming Israel. PARTICIPATION IS NOT REPLACEMENT. 📖 LET THE BIBLE KEEP ITS OWN CATEGORIES Daniel’s seventieth week concerns Daniel’s people and Daniel’s holy city. 📖 Daniel 9:24–27 Jeremiah describes a future time of Jacob’s trouble. 📖 Jeremiah 30:7 Ezekiel sees Israel regathered, cleansed, and restored. 📖 Ezekiel 36–37 Zechariah sees Jerusalem at the center of end-times events and Israel recognizing the One they pierced. 📖 Zechariah 12:2–10 And Paul says: 📖 Romans 11:26 “All Israel will be saved.” 🌅 WHERE DOES THIS ALL END? The prophetic destination is not replacement. It is unity under Messiah without the erasure of identity. In the New Jerusalem, Scripture still preserves both: 📖 Revelation 21:12–14 The city has twelve gates named for the tribes of Israel and twelve foundations named for the apostles of the Lamb. Even at the end of the biblical story, Israel has not disappeared. The destination is not that Israel becomes the Church. It is that both are perfectly united under one King in one redeemed creation. 🌿 ONE SAVIOR. DISTINCT PROMISES. ONE FAITHFUL GOD. This is not about two means of salvation. Jew and Gentile alike must come to God through Messiah. 📖 Romans 3:22–30 But one way of salvation does not require every covenant promise to become identical. The Church does not need Israel’s identity to possess the Church’s blessings. And Israel does not need to become the Church for the LORD to fulfill Israel’s promises. So when we encounter the covenants, ask three simple questions: Who received the promise? Was the promise conditional or unconditional? Where does Scripture say God revoked or transferred the promise? 🔥 Israel is Israel. 🔥 The Church is the Church. 🔥 Unity does not erase distinction. 🔥 Participation is not replacement. 🔥 And the God of Israel keeps every covenant He makes. “He remembers his covenant forever.” Psalm 105:8

ARE WE READING THE PROPHETS THROUGH PLATO? What worldview are we bringing to biblical prophecy? Maybe the deepest disagreement over Israel, the Millennium, the kingdom, and biblical prophecy is not really about charts or timelines. It may begin much earlier. What kind of future do we expect God to fulfill? Read the Hebrew prophets on their own terms and something immediately stands out: Their hope is remarkably concrete. Israel restored. Jerusalem exalted. Messiah reigning from David’s throne. The nations coming to worship. The land flourishing. Creation renewed. The dead raised. Peace extending across the earth. A real kingdom under a real King. Yet throughout Christian history there has also been a tendency to move some of these promises away from their earthly, historical setting and understand them primarily in spiritual or heavenly categories. That does not mean every non-dispensational interpreter is simply “Platonic.” But it does raise an important historical and hermeneutical question: Are we reading the prophets through the worldview of the prophets, or are we sometimes bringing philosophical assumptions to the prophets? PLATO AND THE PROPHETS SAW REALITY DIFFERENTLY Plato emphasized a distinction between the changing material world and a higher, invisible reality. Biblical thought is different. Scripture certainly teaches an invisible spiritual realm. Heaven is real. God is Spirit. But the biblical answer to a fallen creation is not the abandonment of creation. It is resurrection and restoration. That matters. If God’s answer to death is bodily resurrection, why assume His answer to a broken creation is abandonment? The prophets did not expect God to discard history. They expected Him to act decisively within it. Isaiah envisioned nations streaming to Jerusalem: “For out of Zion shall go forth the law, and the word of the LORD from Jerusalem.” Isaiah 2:3 Zechariah foresaw a day when: “The LORD shall be King over all the earth.” Zechariah 14:9 Ezekiel describes Israel gathered from the nations and returned to the land. Ezekiel 36:24 Daniel sees the kingdoms of this world replaced by the kingdom God establishes. Daniel 2:44 These are not vague promises of spiritual improvement. They describe God intervening in history. THE BIBLE DOESN’T END WITH ESCAPE FROM EARTH Biblical hope is not ultimately the soul escaping the body forever. The body is raised. Jesus rose bodily. Believers will rise bodily. Why? Because God does not simply throw away what sin has damaged. He redeems it. Paul extends that hope to creation itself. Creation is waiting to be delivered from corruption. Romans 8:19–23 Creation is not waiting to be discarded. It is waiting to be liberated. And this is not merely a New Testament idea. Isaiah already looked forward to new heavens and a new earth. Isaiah 65:17 Isaiah 66:22 Revelation brings that prophetic hope to its climax when John sees the New Jerusalem coming down from heaven. Revelation 21:2 The movement of the biblical story is toward restoration. Biblical prophecy does not move from earth to abstraction. It moves from a fallen creation to a restored creation under Messiah. JESUS IS THE DAVIDIC KING THE PROPHETS EXPECTED The New Testament does not abandon this prophetic framework. Gabriel tells Mary concerning Jesus: “The Lord God will give Him the throne of His father David.” Luke 1:32 And: “Of His kingdom there will be no end.” Luke 1:33 That is Davidic covenant language. Messiah does not erase the prophetic expectation. He fulfills it. NOW READ THE PROPHETS AGAIN Israel. Jerusalem. Zion. The land. David’s throne. The nations. The kingdom. Why would the prophets repeatedly use concrete historical terms if God ultimately intended those terms to mean something fundamentally different? This is where the dispensational hermeneutic becomes important. It seeks to preserve the referential integrity of Scripture. Israel remains Israel. Jerusalem remains Jerusalem. David’s throne remains David’s throne. The nations remain the nations. The land remains the land. Unless Scripture itself tells us otherwise. This is not literalism versus spirituality. The prophets themselves combine spiritual renewal with national, geographical, covenantal, and creational restoration. Ezekiel 36 is a perfect example. Israel is gathered to the land. Israel is cleansed. Israel receives a new heart and Spirit. The land is restored. Spiritual and physical restoration stand together. SYMBOLS STILL POINT TO REALITY Dispensationalism does not deny symbolism. When Revelation describes a dragon, we recognize symbolism. When Jesus says, “I am the door,” we recognize metaphor. The question is not whether Scripture contains symbols. Of course it does. The question is: What does the symbol refer to? Symbols do not erase reality. They communicate reality. JESUS DIDN’T CORRECT THE EXPECTATION After the resurrection, the disciples asked Jesus: “Lord, will You at this time restore the kingdom to Israel?” Acts 1:6 If their prophetic expectation was fundamentally mistaken, this would have been an extraordinary moment to correct them. But Jesus did not say: “There will be no restoration of Israel.” He did not say: “Israel now means the Church.” He addressed the timing. Acts 1:7 The timing was withheld. The expectation was not abolished. PETER STILL EXPECTED RESTORATION Peter later preached that heaven must receive Messiah: “until the times of restoration of all things, which God has spoken by the mouth of all His holy prophets.” Acts 3:21 Notice Peter’s logic. The future restoration is defined by what the prophets had already spoken. Peter does not detach future hope from the prophetic promises. He anchors it in them. PAUL STILL EXPECTED A FUTURE FOR ISRAEL Romans 11 does the same thing. Paul distinguishes Israel from the Gentiles throughout the chapter. Gentiles have been grafted into the blessings of Abraham. But Paul warns them: “Do not boast against the branches.” Romans 11:18 Israel has experienced a partial hardening until the fullness of the Gentiles has come in. Then Paul declares: “And so all Israel will be saved.” Romans 11:26 Why? Because: “The gifts and the calling of God are irrevocable.” Romans 11:29 Paul wrote that after the Cross. After the resurrection. After Pentecost. Israel had not disappeared from God’s purposes. JEREMIAH COULD HARDLY BE CLEARER God connects Israel’s continuing national identity with the created order itself. As long as the sun, moon, and stars remain in their appointed order, Israel will not cease from being a nation before Him. Jeremiah 31:35–37 That is an astonishing promise. So why redefine it? THIS IS REALLY A HERMENEUTICS QUESTION Dispensationalism is often reduced to prophecy charts, seven-year timelines, and debates about the Rapture. But underneath all of that lies something more fundamental: How do we read Scripture? Does later revelation expand earlier revelation? Certainly. Does it clarify earlier revelation? Absolutely. Does Christ bring the promises of Scripture to their ultimate fulfillment? Yes. But fulfillment does not require cancellation. Expansion does not require replacement. And participation in Israel’s spiritual blessings does not require changing Israel into someone else. Application can broaden. Meaning does not mutate. The prophets envisioned God keeping His promises in history. Real people. Real nations. Real resurrection. Real judgment. Real restoration. Real Jerusalem. Real Messiah. Real kingdom. The biblical story is not about escaping creation. It is about the Creator reclaiming it. The prophets did not expect God to abandon history. They expected God to enter history, judge evil, restore what He promised, renew creation, and reign through Messiah. So before debating Israel, the Millennium, or the Rapture, ask the deeper question: Are we allowing the prophets to define their own hope? Because the real issue is not whether prophecy contains symbols. It does. The real issue is whether our theology allows those symbols to retain the people, places, covenants, throne, and kingdom the prophets gave them. Plato or the Prophets? And the LORD shall be King over all the earth. Zechariah 14:9

If you listen to Cain, he will tell you that righteous Abel was the problem. If you listen to Potiphar’s wife, she will tell you that righteous Joseph was the wicked man. If you listen to Pharaoh, he will tell you that Moses was an enemy of the state. If you listen to Saul, he will tell you that loyal David was a traitor. If you listen to Haman, he will convince you that Mordecai was a dangerous enemy. If you listen to Ahab and Jezebel, they will tell you that Elijah, the prophet of God, was the troublemaker. If you listen to the Pharisees and the teachers of the law, they will tell you that the sinless Jesus was a blasphemer. If you listen to Judas Iscariot, he will find a way to justify betrayal. If you listen to Pontius Pilate, he will wash his hands while Truth stands directly in front of him. And if you listen to the world, do not be surprised when it calls righteousness evil and evil good. My friends, listen carefully: a lie does NOT become Truth simply because it is repeated loudly, confidently, or by powerful people. Be careful what you hear. Be careful whom you believe. Be careful whom you follow. Test everything by the Word of God. The world may condemn you for standing for Biblical Truth but the only verdict that ultimately matters is His!!! Stand firm. Stand faithful. And above all, listen to Jesus.

WHAT IS REALLY BEHIND THE WORLD’S HATRED OF THE JEWS? What kind of hatred survives Pharaoh, Persia, Rome, the Crusades, pogroms, Auschwitz and still rises again? Different centuries. Different nations. Different accusations. The same people targeted again and again. In Egypt, Pharaoh ordered the Hebrew sons killed. In Persia, Haman sought the destruction of the Jewish people. Rome destroyed Jerusalem and scattered Jews across the nations. Then the accusations changed. But the hatred remained. THE LIE CAME BEFORE THE VIOLENCE During the Middle Ages, Jews were falsely accused of murdering Christian children and using their blood for religious rituals. It became known as the blood libel. A complete fabrication. Yet the lie spread for centuries and repeatedly helped provoke persecution and mob violence. Then came the Black Death. As plague devastated Europe, Jews were falsely accused of poisoning wells and causing the catastrophe. Once again: Find a crisis. Find a scapegoat. Spread the lie. Release the mob. Jewish communities were attacked across Europe. The Crusades brought another wave of slaughter. England expelled its Jewish population in 1290. Spain expelled practicing Jews in 1492. And eventually another word entered the history of Jewish suffering: POGROM A pogrom was a violent attack directed specifically against a Jewish community, often carried out by mobs and sometimes encouraged or tolerated by authorities. One infamous example came in Kishinev in 1903. After antisemitic accusations spread following the murder of a Christian boy, violence erupted. For three days, Jewish homes and businesses were looted and destroyed. Nearly 50 Jews were killed and hundreds wounded. The accusation changed. The hatred remained. Religious prejudice became racial pseudoscience. Old myths became modern conspiracy theories. Then Nazi Germany took centuries of antisemitic hatred and turned it into state policy. Rights disappeared. Property disappeared. Freedom disappeared. Then people disappeared. Six million Jewish people were murdered in the Holocaust. Surely after Auschwitz the world would understand where antisemitism leads. Yet antisemitism survived Auschwitz. AND IT IS RISING AGAIN The ADL recorded 6,274 antisemitic incidents in the United States in 2025. That is about 17 every day. Although lower than the extraordinary 2024 peak, 2025 was still the third-highest year recorded since tracking began in 1979, and physical assaults reached a record high. FBI data recorded 1,528 single-bias anti-Jewish hate-crime incidents in 2025, approximately 63 percent of reported religion-based hate-crime incidents. Different century. Different vocabulary. Ancient hatred. But Scripture tells us something history alone cannot. HISTORY SHOWS THE HATRED. REVELATION SHOWS WHAT HISTORY CANNOT SEE. There is a spiritual conflict running through the biblical story. Why Israel? Because God chose Abraham. “I will bless those who bless you, and I will curse him who curses you.” Genesis 12:3 Because Israel was entrusted with God’s Word. “To them were committed the oracles of God.” Romans 3:2 Because through Israel came the Messiah. “From whom, according to the flesh, Christ came.” Romans 9:5 And because God made covenant promises to Israel that He intends to keep. Revelation 12 pulls back the curtain. There is a woman. Israel. There is a Child destined to rule the nations. And there is a dragon waiting to destroy Him. The Child is the Messiah. The dragon is Satan. And when the dragon cannot destroy the Child, his fury turns against the woman. Suddenly the pattern becomes impossible to miss. Pharaoh tried to destroy Israel’s sons. Haman tried to destroy the Jewish people. Herod tried to destroy the Jewish Messiah. And Revelation reveals the spiritual enemy behind the war against God’s redemptive purposes. That does not mean every disagreement with Israel is antisemitism. Israel’s own prophets rebuked Israel fiercely. Governments can be criticized. Policies can be challenged. Wrongdoing can be condemned. But hatred of Jews because they are Jews is entirely different. And Gentile believers were given a warning that should thunder through the Church: “Do not boast against the branches.” Romans 11:18 Why? Israel remains: “Beloved for the sake of the fathers.” Romans 11:28 And then Paul gives the reason: “For the gifts and the calling of God are irrevocable.” Romans 11:29 Antisemitism keeps changing its mask. Blood libel. Well poisoning. Racial theories. World conspiracy. Political scapegoating. The accusation changes. The hatred remains. But there is another pattern running through history. Egyptian dynasties disappeared. Babylon fell. Persia changed. Rome fell. The Nazi Reich collapsed. Yet the Jewish people remain. Scattered. Persecuted. Hunted. Nearly annihilated. Yet still here. The enemy has repeatedly attempted to erase the people connected with God’s promises. But Satan cannot cancel a covenant made by YHWH. History has recorded thousands of years of antisemitism. Scripture tells us how the story ends. “For I am YHWH, I do not change; therefore you are not consumed, O sons of Jacob.” Malachi 3:6 Antisemitism is ancient. But God’s faithfulness is older.
