G.O. (Ms) No. 128 (23.4.2001) recognises #Hosur as a #Telugu & #Kannada linguistic minority area Official notices, forms and electoral rolls must be provided in our mother tongue, In a land where all live together, why these pressure tactics?🤔 Respect minority language rights!

Kotia's ground reality ! People raise slogans "Go Back, Odisha!” At least the people are standing firm, unlike AP's selfish politicians... Yesterday , AP Police and Kotia villagers removed Odisha's dominance barricades amid a confrontation in Neruduvalasa..

4 major Railway routes Chennai - Mumbai, Chennai- Kolkata, Chennai-Delhi, Mumbai - Bangalore pass through Andhra Pradesh. Any route towards Chennai will have to pass through Andhra Pradesh. Both Chennai, Bangalore are close to Andhra Pradesh border. Chennai is closer to Tirupati, Nellore, Chittor than it is to Kanyakumari. Bangalore is closer to Anantapur than it is to Mangalore, Karwar or Hubbali. Any major Railway project or Highway Project will have to consider Andhra Pradesh. You can bang your heads non stop crying South Bihar, Golties but that is the hard fact.

How do you connect the Men, Money and Materials required for Chennai in South without the courtesy of both AP and TG for using and transiting their respective rail-space, road-space and land-space resources? The Grand Trunk line from Delhi to Chennai, the East Coast line from Howrah to Chennai, the line from Mumbai/Pune to Chennai - all these lines pass through AP and TG and in fact utilize more infrastructure of AP and TG than TN. AP and TG should indeed be complemented for allowing all such road and rail seamless movements from the rest of the country to Chennai and TN. In the absence of such graceful attitude of both AP and TG, Chennai and TN economics can get badly hurt. One is free to choose to divert all such traffic to run on alternative non AP and TG routes. In fact, AP and TG need to utilize the infrastructure within their states more for their advantage to run more inter-state and intra-state traffic and improve their economies. TG and AP should hereafter give serious consideration about utilising river waters within their states and completely avoid any irritants with states that do not fall under the river basins of rivers flowing through AP and TG.

Fact check of the 4 points: 1. Gajapatis (Suryavamsa dynasty) ruled the Kalinga region after the Eastern Gangas, who first used the Gajapati title. They are medieval rulers of Kalinga, not the ancient Kalinga people. 2. Accurate: the main empire lasted c. 1434–1541 (~107 years). 3. Historically distinct: Utkala often northern, Kalinga more southern/coastal. Terms overlapped and later merged into Odisha identity. 4. Incomplete. Kalinga spanned southern Odisha + northern coastal Andhra (early capitals like Mukhalingam in AP). Not solely North Andhra. Shared history; both regions claim the legacy.

Two Telugu men who saved India during crisis. When PV Narasimha Rao became PM in 1991, India faced severe Balance of Payments crisis, foreign exchange reserves could barely cover two weeks of imports. It was during this time PVNR took bold steps, in liberalization, slashing import tariffs, encouraging exports. When he left office in 1996, India was far more stable. The other was former RBI Governor YV Reddy, whose conservative approach, ensured Indian banking survived the 2008 sub prime crisis, that wrecked the banking sector in US and West. He prevented Indian banks from investing heavily in complex derivatives, subprime assets, due to which they escaped the fate of major US banks. Also ensured stricter norms for lending, discouraged excessive credit growth. These two men, did not make a big show of whatever they done, did their job quitely, no PR, no hype, no chest thumping. Just a solid grounded approach, rooted in what they believed was the best for India. True leadership is what these men displayed in a hour of crisis. India should be forever grateful to these two men.

Mass shooting foiled at Aurora Venkateswara Swamy Temple in Aurora, Illinois - One of the oldest Hindu temples in the USA. The mass shooter - 19-year-old Alexandros Paporakis was just Jammed rifle away from killing worshippers. arrested. A Neo-Nazi with white surrealist views held a manifesto and plotted mass shooting targeting Indian worshippers. He drive from Palatine with a modified AR-style rifle, fortunately the weapon jammed. Having returned home he searched online for a fix to unjam the rifle as well sent a Vedio to colleague for a fix . The colleague called the police. The current - would have been tragedy - follows an attack on a Hindu temple in Ohio two weeks earlier. @TV9Telugu @ANI @ndtv @VHPDigital @sangamtalks @pGurus1 @PTI_News @ataworld @telugu_american @TeluguAmericans @TANAsocial @TTHCollective

Will Tamil Nadu allow Telugu to be taught in schools? Being generous is good.. but one sided love is fatal.
“We will ensure Tamil Nadu receives its required water, even during shortages. Chennai has received 4.08 TMC of water so far this year. Water-sharing must be driven by cooperation, not conflict.” - AP CM Chandrababu Naidu 🙌

According to the 1881 Mysore State Census, the Mysore Kingdom had a 15% Telugu speaking population. For your reference, below is a map of the Mysore Kingdom as it stood in 1881. The majority of those 15% Telugus lived in the areas to the right of the green line on the map, in the eastern Mysore districts, which today correspond to Bengaluru, Kolar, Chikkaballapura, Koratagere and Pavagada. Also, Mysore was the only state that was not reorganized linguistically in 1956. Instead, the entire Mysore State was merged with Kannada speaking districts from the former Hyderabad and Bombay States, giving rise to the modern state of Karnataka, which had a 66% Kannada speaking population at the time. If you ask me, I would add about 5% to 10% to the 1881 census figures, bringing the estimate to around 20–25%. That additional 5% to 10% would account for Telugu origin people who had fully assimilated into Kannada society, especially from the districts located to the left of the line on the map.

Navanetham Naidoo Addresses the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE) as a Terrorist Organisation. ✊ Navanetham Naidoo Addresses the Role of the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE) in the Sri Lankan Tamil Genocide. As UN High Commissioner for Human Rights (2008–2014), Navi Pillay condemned the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE) as a murderous organization and accused them of committing serious violations of international humanitarian law during the final stages of the Sri Lankan civil war. • Targeting and Use of Civilians: Pillay stated that the LTTE grossly disregarded civilian safety by purposefully preventing civilians from leaving the conflict zone, using them as human shields, and engaging in forced military conscription. • Attacks on Fleeing Civilians: She highlighted credible reports that the LTTE fired on fleeing civilians and used suicide bombers to attack checkpoints as internally displaced persons (IDPs) tried to escape. • Classification of the Group: During her 2013 fact-finding visit to Sri Lanka, Pillay explicitly referred to the LTTE as a "murderous organisation". UN Human Rights Chief Navi Pillay stated in 2009 that the LTTE’s campaign of violence had terrorized Sri Lankans across ethnic communities. She highlighted allegations of forced conscription, using civilians as human shields, and attacks on fleeing civilians. 🔗 ohchr.org/en/statements-and-…

arvind how do u make a donkey behave like a horse just because it has money to get plastic surgery done ? These companies were built to make money with cost arbitrage of cheap labour which can do grunt work for tech companies in usa Now AI will do most of that grunt work so their business model is gone and now they want to do grunt work for AI companies and still be donkeys for likes of OpenAI if u ask them to invent they won’t or rather they can’t as their entire leadership doesn’t understand innovation or building products india must build its own infrastructure to create products and innovation rather than ask them to do it they hace served their purpose china created new AI companies it didn’t ask Alibaba to do it Why should india ask TCS to do it they can’t do it and don’t blame tcs for not doing it they have helped india create middle class and given jobs to millions they built stage 1 now we need to do stage 2 but unfortunately giving cheap GPU and asking some people to release a 2.8 B text model is what india is doing rather than build intelligence as even the bureaucracy academics who envision strategy are not that great to do it we didn’t build capability there also
