I really do not mind doing laundry but goodness I hate folding. If someone ever invents a machine to wash dry and spit out folded clothing they will make a fortune selling it. Elon are you listening? I give you this idea free, no charge, now get your boys to work and make them!

Tonight for supper I had a hamburger. This is my first hamburger in almost one year and damn it was good.

British Columbia, a Canadian province just north of California has just elected a Conservative government for the first time in many years. Previously it was an NDP, woke leftist, government that chose to call a snap election to retain power. They misjudged and lost big time.

I’m back from my meeting with my specialist. The results were better than anticipated therefore one of three prescribed medications is no longer required. I have another check up in six months time and hopefully by then I’ll have arrived at my goal weight.

I have an appointment with my specialist this morning at 10:00 am. I’m expecting some pretty good news based on my last blood and urine analysis and the fact I’m pretty close to my goal weight.

Thanksgiving Turkey, Stuffing and mashed potatoes and carrots. Everything is delicious Happy Thanksgiving everyone .

Tomorrow is Thanksgiving day in Canada 🇨🇦. To all Canadians here on X Happy Thanksgiving. I am thankful for my beautiful wife & son and our families. I am also thankful to the Jewish community for allowing me to be a part of you all. You have made these years on X amazing. Cheers

I’m presently teaching my wife to drive. Honestly, I think she’s trying to give me a heart attack 😂. For some obscure reason she believes the posted speed limits do not apply to her. Not only that but she has decided that sidewalks are fair game for vehicles 🚗 😂

I’m not certain about tomorrow, I’m thinking it’s going to be a difficult day filled with much pain. While it’s important to never forget it’s also going to be a difficult day to remember.

A progress update on reaching my doctor recommended goal weight of 155 lbs. It has been almost a year but I’m very close. Less than 5 more lbs. to go and then it’s done. I’m currently 159. 2 lbs.. I have a meeting with my specialist scheduled Oct. 22.
