2026 Highlights🏈🦊

DB Burst to Stack Drill - The drill focuses on the "burst to stack" technique, which is considered a critical skill for defensive backs. - Players must focus on using a burst of speed to get on top of the receiver's route. - Coaches should instruct players not to settle for being even with the receiver; they must strive to get on top. - The primary goal is to avoid falling underneath the route. - Ending up on the receiver's hip is an acceptable outcome and is much better than being underneath. - Defensive backs must specifically apply the burst to stack technique when a receiver takes an inside release.
