hi. I have cricket wireless and it sucks. someone stole my phone number out from under me on the 18th of august and after hounding them basically every day since then they decided to tell me today that they closed my ticket because they determined that I swapped my own sim card.

no I didn't do that actually. They opened another ticket but if i wasn't up their ass about it they wouldn't have. this has totally up ended my life and their trying to close the ticket. If you have cricket wireless i highly suggest you stop.
