Architecture taught me to think in systems. Marketing taught me to apply them.”
“Design and marketing are the same craft — both shape how people feel, think, and act.”
“Every line in architecture has intent. Every word in marketing should too.”
Before I built Phantom Press, I ghostwrote for Web3 founders.
That experience taught me something powerful:
The best founders don’t “sell.” They teach.
Every post, every thread, every interview — it wasn’t about hype.
It was about giving people a reason to believe in what they were building.
So when I started my agency, that became the mission:
Turn founders into teachers.
Because when you teach, people trust. And trust scales faster than ads.
I finally filmed my second YouTube video after 3 months of silence.
The first one did better than I expected. The second one feels truer.
Sometimes silence isn’t laziness — it’s alignment.
Motivation is temporary. Systems compound.”
“You don’t rise to the level of your goals. You fall to the level of your systems.”
“The most consistent creators aren’t motivated. They’re structured.”

I realize the bold move that I made
I said fuck my university degree, I am going fulltime Web3
A year ago I set the ambitious goal
7 months in I stood at the edge of the cliff ready to jump
I was ready to leap into the unknown
At the start I had the most cringy morning routine
- Ice showers
- My alarm didn't wake me up, I woke it up
- Meditating outside so I got sun exposure as well
Anything a Guru said I did it better
Invested more in myself than ever before
Bought trash courses left and right
I got a mentor as I knew nothing about business
Getting on calls with my mentor during my 9-5
Taking sales calls before, during lunch, and after work
Creating content on what ever free time I had left
My boss at work looked at me like I was crazy, but I appreciate that he never once tried to stop me.
I was getting 4-5 hours of sleep for 2-3 months
I was exhausted and pale. I was told I look like drug addict at one point
There was nothing glamours about any of it
I share this with you not to make myself feel better or make myself look like I am better than anyone
I am extremely grateful for the position I am in, there was no luck involved
Just so many sleepless nights, failures, and hate from others
If you're not ready to jump off the cliff, you might as well stay where it's safe and that is 100% okay
If you do want this, you gotta jump off
Don't lift your head up till you make it, but remember, going full monk mode and hiding away isn't the only way.
Find a distraction – like a cute Latina who might break your heart.
Life's about balance, not just about hustling in solitude, but losing your momentum is one of the worst things you can do
That's a story for another day
When I started my entrepreneurial journey, I was consumed by building the next big thing. But over time, I realized that success isn't just about the product—it's about the narrative that resonates deeply with your audience. A compelling story is the difference between fading into obscurity and thriving in Web3.
We all want to stand out in Web3, but how?
The answer isn't fancy marketing tricks—it's authenticity and value
Speak to real pains, share your journey openly, and offer insights worth reading
That's how you build a loyal tribe that sticks with you, not just empty vanity metrics
I spent years chasing someone else's dream disguised as my own.
First in my family to graduate university
First to land that "prestigious" office job.
My parents were beaming with pride while I was silently drowning in depression
Honestly the first time I heard them say
"They were proud of me"
Their American Dream was killing my soul.
The hardest part was knowing that choosing my path meant watching their dream die, but living their dream was slowly killing me
Love my parents to death
They sacrificed everything to give me opportunities, but at some point you have to ask yourself:
Who am I really living for?
Sometimes the bravest thing you can do is disappoint the people you love most to become who you're meant to be.
The path to success isn't linear; it's a rollercoaster of wins and failures. But those failures?
They're the foundation for future victories.
Stay consistent through the lows, and you'll rise higher than ever before.
The top is reserved for those who embrace failure
I grew up in an immigrant family
We didn't have a bad life but I could definitely could tell the difference between my life and the other kids at school
I saw my parents work their ass off for the little we had. Leaving to work at 5am 7 days a week
Immigrant hustle hits different
They're the reason I work so hard
If they can got to work at 5am and work 10-12 hours why can't I do the same

Legit had an epiphany about habits today.
Started tweeting daily, building in public, and hitting the gym 6 months ago.
Felt like torture at first. Now?
Can't imagine life without them
When you're proud of your routine, no body can take that away from you, NO BODY
My agency clients vanished overnight in 2023
I lost it all building my 3rd business and had to move back in with my parents at 23
Plot twist: Best thing that ever happened to me
Here's why...
Watched my agency implode in real-time
Ever seen your bank balance drop slowly disapear after working so hard on building your dream?
Yeah, it's the best feeling in the world
Rock bottom has a weird way of teaching you things money can't:
1. Ego is expensive
2. Markets are cycles, be prepared for the lows
3. Your network matters more than your net worth 4. Building a business > Trading
I didn't care about having another business fail
What really killed me was having people be right about my business failing.
I often found myself lying about how it's going.
Here's the thing nobody tells you:
Failure is the world's most expensive
(and effective) business coach
I started mapping every bad decision on my bedroom wall like a crazy person
I found the patterns
The comeback wasn't sexy:
Spent the next months rebuilding from scratch I disappeared for most of 2024
I started Phantom Press with nothing but a laptop and dream of making it happen again
No help, no safety net. Just pure desperation and a Google doc full of "never again" promises
Plot twist: IT WORKED:
• Focused on fundamentals, not hype
• Built systems, not dependencies
• Listened to market, not ego
These aren't sexy, but they're profitable
Now I live below means
The biggest lesson for me is:
Success is boring, but boring is beautiful
Sometimes you need to lose everything to realize what actually matters.

Let's talk Web3 marketing truths that nobody wants to admit...
90% of Web3 marketers are just throwing spaghetti at the wall and hoping something sticks
They're using 2021 growth hacks in 2025
If you can't explain your projects's value prop in one sentence
you should seriously rethink your strategy
Y'all are out here spending 6 figures on influencer campaigns when your product doesn't even have product-market fit
It's like buying a Lambo before learning to drive
The key?
• Understand where your community actually hangs out
• Recognize FUD as prime content opportunities
• Know when the timeline is at peak hype
Avoid the expensive mistakes everyone else is making. Cut through the BS and build something that actually works.
The 3 main things that Web3 brands should be focusing on as they are building
- Satisfaction
- Demand
- Efficiently
You can't work on all 3 of them at the same time
That's why satisfaction is first
Are your first few users satisfied?
After that you can make demand a priority
