The Sacramento Police Department is asking the community's assistance in locating a missing person, who's deemed at-risk due to medical conditions. The MP is Christian Finnegan. He is 6'00, 170 lbs, with BLACK hair and BROWN eyes. Christian was last seen around noon on June 24th in the area of Grant Line Rd and Mooney Rd in the City of Elk Grove , wearing a black sweater and blue jeans. Christian has a development delay that makes it difficult to take care of himself.
