⚠️ The Severe Weather Emergency Protocol (SWEP) has been activated from today, 8 January.
BCP Council & St Mungos' Outreach Teams will be doing extra shifts throughout SWEP, finding anyone who is sleeping rough and encouraging them to take up the offer of emergency accommodation.
