Dear Elon,
India is a sovereign country, not your personal business project. You run a private company, not a charity.
Just because you want to enter the Indian market doesn't mean you get to mock people and lecture India on what it should do.
And please stop selling this idea that you are coming to save poor Indians. Starlink is VERY expensive. It's not free internet that you are giving away out of kindness.
You are here to do business, just like every other company. So let's not pretend this is some social service.
Nobody is stopping you from making an offer. Make it affordable, follow Indian rules, and let the government decide. That's how it works.
Please keep attitude in check, you just sell internet. You don't own India.

1) needs a credit card to be paired with it vs Bank account and you are good to go
2) apple takes 3% as commission vs 0%
3) a POS machine is expensive vs โน2 to print the QR
4) The settlement period is 2 days vs instant and real time.
UPI mogs Apple pay in convenience.
The only "advantage" Apple pay has is that you tap and pay. UPI here for sub 5k value transactions has a prepaid option as well where you just scan and pay.
That's it that's the only "advantage".

What a joke. Half of these nations are dictatorships that use force (not peace) to control their people. The rest are a collection of small countries that are either deeply unhealthy, repressive democracies and/or dependent on the U.S. for assistance.

Allowing Starlink to operate in any country other than the USA is the most stupid thing any government could ever do.
Starlink bypasses national communications infrastructure. Basically, the state would have no view nor control over Starlink data collection.
