Marfa memories with the bestest crew
Vulnerability is a key pillar to who I am so..let’s text this out.
I was apprehensive going to marfa after the year I’ve had. I almost lost my dad (which caused several ripple effects) , a close friend of mine had major brain surgery, and sister had to have surgery overseas as well (alone). These events stacked up against me.
I pushed my art side of me to the side, and yes I’m okay.
@TarainAbstract @brynnalise_sc @tjthorne_photo thank you so much for being there through this year and convincing me to come to Marfa. (Also hand holding me through this space during this year) 🫂 love you guys so much!

What remains unrendered is where the self continues to exist beyond perception.
Fragmented, unresolved, and suspended between visibility and concealment, the self becomes something that cannot be fully captured, interpreted, or contained within a single frame.
There are parts of us that remain unseen. What is most essential may exist beyond what the eye can recognize.
Perhaps to be seen is not necessarily to be known.
