Since I got time to kill at the airport, here's my #RQLA thread -
R1: Bye. Got to the venue extra early to make sure my bye was applied, as we learned the previous night that you can see that you have one on the event page, and many were not automatically applied. (Mine wasnt)
R8-Shen, 2-1. Another fun match. Opponent was in the running for Best Of. G1 got multiple Rockfall breaches, g2 spent too much on a losing combat and allowed shen hold points, g3 my big boys too strong.
Thankfully even with a win they would have been behind in OMW for Best of
Gonna play in a draft event, then try to get the pieces I need (aka didnt bring), to build out a Sivir Spiderling deck and run that in a side event for funsies
Finished #RQLA at 5-3. No day 2 or best of Nasus, but overall very pleased with my performance and had a lot of fun, and met lots of awesome people.
Will make a thread maybe tomorrow about my matches, but losses were Leblanc, Irelia, Yi.
Happy to see multiple Nasus in day 2!
1-1 Start to RQ today. Round 1 bye, Round 2 straight into the blender against a Leblanc. Really just feels like nothing Nasus can do into that match unless the lb bricks hard. Oh well, on to the next.
Went 1-3 in pre-rq, but bounced back with a 4-0 in Super Nexus Night.
Petitioning for main event to be Bo1, clearly that's where I shine.
Seems the r1 bye from my skirmish win was NOT automatically applied, so now instead of getting to rest a bit longer, I need to get to the venue extra early to try and get that sorted.
Not having it indicated anywhere on your account prior to the event is silly.
