This seems like a good opportunity for some education on one of my favorite topics for this drug-induced angioedema case. Let's start with some fundamental understandings:
-Sacubitril🟰neprilysin (NEP) inhibitor
-Valsartan🟰angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB 🚫ACEi)

A middle aged man with history of heart failure on Sacubitril/Valsartan presented with tongue swelling. Vital signs are stable. What is the diagnosis & next steps in management? (Image: Wikipedia) #Medtwitter
Note: as others have mentioned, steroids and antihistamines are unlikely to help in bradykinin-mediated angioedema, and not really anything to help other than stopping the agent and mechanical support if needed.
