And if you don’t like these principles I do have others….
There is nothing socialist about a system of free movement that is used by multi-nationals to undermine wages. WATCH my Brexit speech today.

Astounding Sunday Times investigation reveals new scandal in SNP’s Socialist Scotland: 800 NHS, central government, council and quango workers whose jobs no longer exist but remain on the public payroll because of the SNP’s ‘no public-sector redundancy’ policy. Estimated cost of paying people to do nothing: £27m a year. One NHS Highland worker has been receiving a full salary and benefits for 17 years despite not having a specific job. The health board refused to say what the worker had been doing for almost two decades and how much they had been paid. Likely cost to the taxpayer is expected to be far higher with several public bodies refusing to disclose salaries for hundreds of the workers awaiting redeployment.

On St. Crispin's Day, October 25, 1415, an outnumbered English army under King Henry V won at Agincourt. Shakespeare gave him the greatest speech on brotherhood: "We few, we happy few, we band of brothers." It still stirs the heart. (Kenneth Branagh, Henry V, 1989)

🚨JUST IN: Lithuanian migrant Aurelijus Cielevicius has been let out of jail just three years into a 10 year sentence after killing Paul Carter, 41, his wife Lisa, 49, and her daughter Jade Mace, 25 Cielevicius was flown back to his native Lithuania last month under the controversial early prison release scheme. He was already on police bail and subject to a curfew when he ploughed along the wrong side of the A47 in Norfolk in January 2023 in his BMW X5 having taken crystal meth, cannabis and M-Cat. Summer Mace, 26, who lost her mum, sister and step dad in the crash, told the BBC: "Three years and one month is all he served for killing three people. My heart shattered – broken into a million pieces, because yet again my family have been failed. These people who make these decisions have decided my family's lives were only worth that much."

🇫🇷 "Of course, I would have liked to live." He was 17. Hours before his execution, he wrote to his mother, asking her to be brave. October 22, 1941. Châteaubriant, occupied France. German forces took 27 hostages to a quarry and shot them in retaliation for the killing of a German officer in Nantes. Among them was Guy Môquet, a teenage communist activist. Before facing the firing squad, he wrote a final letter to his family: "I am going to die!" Then came the words that still hurt, 85 years later: "Of course, I would have liked to live." He asked his little brother to study hard. He asked his mother to find the courage to overcome her grief. The hostages refused blindfolds. They faced death singing La Marseillaise. Twenty-seven lives ended that afternoon. One boy’s letter still speaks. Remember Guy Môquet. Remember all 27. Follow @Vanguard_WW2 for the human stories behind WWII.

After the @UKLabour party got rid of Starmer, they had over 400 MPs from which to choose a new leader. Those MPs were so bereft of talent that the socialists had to connive in order to get @andyburnham into number 10. And now he's showing how unworldly and gormless he is.

My dear Stephen, How lovely to see you marking the sixtieth. One of the darkest days in our history, etched in the memory of the nation, a community of such strength. All true. And all of it happening to somebody else. Here is the part your tribute left in the drawer. The tribunal found the Coal Board wholly to blame and said the disaster "could and should have been prevented". The Coal Board then demanded £250,000 from the disaster fund to clear the tip that killed them. The fund, raised by public donation for the families, handed over £150,000. Your party's government applied the pressure, in secret. George Thomas objected, then folded, and leaned on the trustees until they folded too. The Charity Commission sat on its hands. Nobody was prosecuted. It took thirty years to give it back. In July 1997 Ron Davies, your party's first Welsh Secretary of that spell, returned the £150,000 without interest and without inflation, and conceded the demand should never have been made. So yes. Remembering is lovely. Your lot billed the bereaved for clearing the mine's own tip. Twenty three likes. Five retweets. And looking more like your father every year. Do carry on, pet.
Today marks 60 years since the Aberfan Disaster, one of the darkest days in our history.   The tragedy, which cut short so many lives, remains etched in the memory of our nation. We remember the 144 who died and pay tribute to a community of such strength and resilience.

RIGHT NOW in 1805, British warships led by HMS Victory are in action against a combined French & Spanish fleet off Cape Trafalgar. The cannonade is so furious it can be heard 50 miles away on the steps of Cadiz cathedral.
