Jack Grealish is allowed an endless free pass in terms of his behaviour in a way that others - like Paul Pogba, Raheem Sterling, Marcus Rashford & others - are never given. It isn't hard to figure out what the difference is. Every time he goes on a bender, there is always a counter briefing coming about something he did. None of which is a bad thing, of course.
