Next week is moonshot and one of the busiest week in Nigerian tech ecosystem, there is so much that is going to be happening leading to moonshot, side events , mixers and meetups.
One thing I would advise to anyone going for moonshot is to have a solid plan and strategy for what you want to achieve and those you plan to meet if not you would waste your time.
There’s so much happening and it’s easy to get carried away.

Last year, I went to Moonshot just to see what it was about. It was my first time, and between the sessions and everything going on, there was a lot to take in. But the real win was the new business relationships I built, which have helped Tees & Co this year.
An investor friend of mine got me into the investor's room, even though I only had a regular pass (lol). I wasn't looking to raise, but he told me, "Temi, speak to them. These relationships will be useful later." He was right. He had also introduced me to a few VCs before that. And the mixers? They helped me strengthen the business relationships I already had because we could talk more.
I went to observe, and I left with far more than I expected.
This year, I'm not coming for sightseeing. I'm coming to talk more, learn more, build more relationships, and see my friends (haha).

You see, as I build my consulting practice, one thing I keep thinking about is:
How do I scale a business without making its operations more complicated than necessary?
More customers, more hires, and more revenue can sound great, especially for a numbers person. But how do you ensure your processes, team structure, and execution can actually support that growth?
I want to hear from founders and operators who have figured this out, and those still working through it. That way I’ll have more answers the next time I build a system or go into a consultation.
@moonshotbytc invited me this year, and this is one of the conversations I really want to have there.
