I built an AI agent for my team in under 90 seconds.
No code. No developer. Here's exactly how:
1. Downloaded @zenzap_chat and created an AI agent.
Named it "Lead Agent" and gave it one role: handle new inbound leads.
2. Connected my tools
HubSpot, Gmail, Google Calendar.
It only gets the access I give it.
3. Added it to my team's group chat
My team and the agent now work in the same chat, with the same context.
4. Gave it a job
New lead lands in HubSpot → agent qualifies it → finds the right rep → asks me to approve → books the demo on Google Calendar.
5. Set the guardrails
It needs my approval before it sends an email. I stay in control of every action that matters.
That's the whole build.

A little behind-the-scenes reality: that one-second flying flyer moment can involve quite a few editing layers.
The original footage, flyer image or overlay, promotional captions, background music and movement sound effects all need their own space. When everything is difficult to manage together, even changing one element can become frustrating.
