🚨 Tesla has filed an emergency lawsuit after a supplier refused to return Cybertruck tooling the company owns. • Dispute involves specialized die-cast and machining equipment • Inventory of affected parts could run out within days • Reproducing the tooling would take 5–6 months • No alternate supplier currently available • Several thousand customer-assigned Cybertrucks at risk Tesla is asking the court for immediate access to its own equipment to avoid a production stop.
