A hotfix is now live for Temple Wallet Extension. You can safely use .tez domains again.
Extensions usually update automatically, but you can also manually trigger the update.

We are currently investigating an issue where domain names (like .tez) fail to resolve in the Send form.
In the meantime, please enter direct wallet addresses (tz...) manually when sending transactions.
