Digimon has been my main card game since I started playing TCGs in 2024 and I just can't see it ever not being my favorite. I love the gameplay, how affordable it is, and also the best art of the 5 games I play !

Persona 1 Remake does have fired up if real. Like there was no way on god's green earth I was ever playing OG P1.

1. Company does not run something well
2. People do not like this and complain whether in a productive or reductive way

Nothing checks me out of a debate more than "think of the company" talk. No I will not, these big ass companies are not children and don't need to be coddle.

Bandai also owns GUNDAM so their is much less bureaucracy than a licensed product they don't own
They show that in this message and that they listen to players
That's more than literally every other TCG out there
Its literally part of the fun and magic. Content creators who only care about Meta will just tell you to buy singles but as someone whose done that with Lorcana, it definitely lowers your love of the game. Digimon is my favorite TCG simply cause I can actually buy boxes.

Now we can confirm ENG EB05 SP lacks the character embossing and 3D texturing of the JPN version. If you’re happy it still has glitter, cool. But the real issue is the QC gap. If ENG players keep accepting lower quality, Bandai has no reason to change it. JPN gets tighter QC while other regions can be pushed to cheaper production because people here still buy anyway. If we want better, we have to speak up.

The biggest issue with the buy singles solutions for card games is ultimately has done dick all to making booster boxes cheaper and not making the companies like Bandai get involved. There's a lot a multi million dollar company can do but they choose not to.
It's all situational. Too me the issue with big two comics is less continuity and more runs doing the same exact fucking thing right after the other or that the stakes from the previous didn't matter at all.
I'm getting the itch to replay Horizon Forbidden West. I adore that game (even with the changes to trapping) and kinda wanna platinum it. I went back and platinum Ragornork after like 3 years and feel like it's time to do the same with Horizon.
