Yeah ... as per my other post, this has been rescheduled to the weekend, because my B12 deficiency has decided to make me its bitch.

Sorry, folks - I'm shattered after next to no sleep over the past few days. I'll do the rewatch and reviews at the weekend.

Hopefully the injection will revitalise me.

It's not quite the classic we grew up thinking it was, but it's still a stunning feat of animation.

Original concepts for Wile E and Road Runner. I'm glad they went the route they did. Road Runner looks too much like Woody the Woodpecker, while this coyote's on the derpy side.

Anyone who says he's just "ugly Bugs Bunny" can get in the bin. (Ruth: WHO said that? He's gorgeous).

One of them wanted to stop hating; the other is still lost in it.

Via has always loved her dad, which is why his actions hurt her so much. But I'm wondering if Barbie ever truly cared for Blitzo even before the fire, and him believing they were close is simply his wishful thinking 💔

Thinking of watching the movies for everyone's two fave space westerns, Cowboy Bebop and Trigun: Badlands Rumble. It'll be my first experience of the original Trigun.

Apologies to Stolassago fans, but their relationship feels like a model of homonormativity, and Vassy himself the "right sort" of gay. It's kinda like how the boring male interest is depicted next to the exciting sapphic love in lesbian drama.

This is the man/relationship Stolas feels he needs to have to deserve having Via in his life. The trouble is, Stolas has NEVER been "the right sort" of gay. He's messy, kinky and weird. Otherwise he'd have sought out Vassago long before this.

He was attracted to Blitzo because he brought passion and excitement - and he makes him laugh. His relationship with Vassago feels more like gratitude than actual love.
