You gotta know when an era of your life has expired. A lot of stress and mood disorders are caused by people clinging onto periods that are over. You can save yourself from a lot of unnecessary pain by promptly restructuring your life at the close of each cycle.

Until you meet a woman who truly loves you and wants to build a lasting relationship with you, you'll never fully understand how sweet women can be or how much they're willing to do to keep you. All those lines you hear, "I can't cook for any man", "I won't wash any man's clothes", "I don't double text", "I won't clean his house", "I don't submit to any man", come from one place: she simply doesn't love you. Get off social media. Touch grass. Meet a woman who actually likes you. She won't stress you during the talking stage. She'll make everything feel easy. The moment you say you're hungry, she's already thinking about what to prepare. When you go out, she's wondering how you're doing, what you'll eat when you get back, and checking in just to make sure you're okay. I really hope you get to experience a woman who loves and cherishes you. Once you do, you'll never settle for the uninterested ones again.

Younger me was quite sociopathic, and I did not treat women well, and they acted like I was wonderful. Later I saw the errors of my ways and got into a relationship where I genuinely treated her well, and she repeatedly told me I was evil. lol

I did have a foid who constantly tried to find reasons I am evil, despite me going out of my way in treating her well and giving her security.

Only date actively if you are in a maintenance phase of your life. As in, you are only looking to maintain what you currently have (wealth, physique, work rate). However, if you are in a growth phase of your life (actively seeking to increase your metrics), then either do not date or get a girlfriend who is aligned with your growth. Growth is a huge energy expenditure and requires absolute focus. Dating (meeting new women) drains energy and causes your focus to be fragmented.

Wait what? Just found out that, in this clip.... that's the real her. I thought these were two actors re-enacting some scene as part of the documentary/movie. "Wow her acting is pretty good" was a thought that I had lol
You can literally see the moment her brain begins to shut down from the fact Nathan knows something she doesn’t.

Someone once told me a simple truth about love that when you truly care about someone, the most powerful thing you can do is sometimes step back and give them time. Back then, I didn't understand it at all, because I believed love meant constant closeness, constant conversations, and never leaving space between two hearts. But as time passed, I began to see how little we really know about what someone is quietly carrying inside. Not every battle is spoken out loud; people hold fears, stress, and pain they don't always share. And in those moments, love isn't about pushing, fixing, or rushing them to be okay it's about patience. It's about choosing to stay, while still allowing them the room to heal in their own way. I didn't always see it like that, but now I understand that sometimes the strongest form of love is simply waiting with care, instead of trying to move someone faster than they're ready to go.

I think my least favourite part of my autism is the fact that I get hyperfixated on people that I meet..and it usually ends really badly, and when they eventually do cut me off for being too much it leaves me heartbroken and devastated for weeks and months
