Hard to visualize the idea of cut+fill in 2D. Here is a static parcel map being dragged over steep topography. The parcels with large variation within (move a lot of dirt to flatten) likely need the whole row to flip orientation automatically. Something to optimize

A few months ago when discussing the ground-up development panel for @REconveneLA, @moseskagan suggests I discuss any meaningful information for markets that we are in at @TestFitInc. Since that conversation, we plugged the meager amount of metadata that we collect into a map. This map is not that interesting... it just shows parking stalls generated worldwide.
