Under the Media Internship Training Programme being conducted by #SpearCorps, student interns from St Joseph's University, Tetso College and Patkai Christian College visited the #AssamRifles formation at Kohima. The interns interacted with the Inspector General, Assam Rifles (North), visited the Kohima War Cemetery, witnessed a Weapon and Equipment Display and were briefed on insurgency in the North East India, gaining insights into the heritage, role and capabilities of #AssamRifles.

In Nagaland, banana stems that used to be burned after harvest are becoming fibre, craft and income for rural women.
