Well we can’t blame Sanders for the Razorbacks losing or can we? There are 10 members to the board of trustees and Sanders has appointed 5 of those cronies. Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders has appointed five members of the University of Arkansas System Board of Trustees, the body that oversees the University of Arkansas athletics program (the Razorbacks), among other system institutions. As of her March 16, 2026 appointments • Kevin Crass - Lawyer for her transition team • Scott Ford - Westbrook coffee CEO • Randy Lawson - energy executive • Judd Deere (her deputy chief of staff) • Ashley Caldwell - Her campaign manager’s wife. Maybe we can put a little blame on her. We passed the Name, Image, Likeness bill in 25’ and it went in affect in January. Hunter Yurachek was there before at 1.75 million a year but the trustees decide on who stays and who goes. So now not only is she responsible along with Chris Caldwell on messing up game and fish, but also the Arkansas Razorbacks. Way to go.

I mean the best situation this week would be Hunter gets fired and Silverfield comes out and just stomps a mud hole in Tulsa. I mean if you could do those two things, boy, you go a long way getting this fan base back behind you. Odds are not high though.

For people wondering why Arkansas fans are so mad this week, this graphic is... 15 years ago. Not 30. Not 50. 15. Yet since then, Arkansas has 3x as many 10-loss seasons (3) as 9 win seasons (1). No reason ANY SEC program should be *this* bad for *this* long in this era

Never forget that in 2011 the SEC set history by having 3 teams from the same conference ranked 1-2-3. What was even MORE impressive is that they weren’t just from the SEC… They were from the same Division (SEC West). Unreal.
