Our hearts are broken to announce the passing of our beloved friend and colleague Raul Espinoza who was involved in a car wreck yesterday. We have never known a more loving Dad, devoted husband, loyal friend, or ardent patriot. We will miss him terribly.

The first round of funds will be given to students with qualifying disabilities from low and middle income families.
