"Steven Monacelli of the Texas Observer has proven that this organization is a fake one, created in September in Wyoming, conducting its disinformation campaign through anonymity via a registered agent service."
Last night, TX House LGBTQ Caucus Chair @jessicafortexas sent a letter to every member of the Texas House about recent 'false flag' texts and mailings sent to millions of Texas voters by the "Texas Transgender Student Union", a fake organization peddling disinformation from WY.

It's almost hard to keep in mind, at this point, that Pulido's race is the Trump +18 one. The 3 South Texas seats that Republicans thought they had lined up to flip (28, 34, 35) are only Trump +10. texasobserver.org/poll-bobby… from @ajcorchado

Small update re: the Texas Transgender Student Union mailers. Snailworks, the company that provided mail tracking services for the mailers, denies sending them but will not disclose who hired them. The NRCC spent $4,677 on Snailworks on 8/27/26. TTSU was created days later.
The "Texas Transgender Student Union" that sent out mailers, which have become a major controversy among Republicans, is a real organization — but it was only formed in September in Wyoming as an LLC and is entirely separate from TENT, the organization marketed in the fliers.
