Every year a mate and I drive west for around 2 and a half hours to Morgan Park Raceway for their annual Historic Racing Car Club's race meeting, and this year we were not disappointed with the action! The majority of cars racing were old school ... hand tuned, limited electronics and seat of the pants racing. But there were some iconic racing cars present, like one of the world's fastest Ford Sierra Cosworths (the opposite side of the spectrum). The most interesting race was the reverse grid race towards the end of the day, with the Ford Sierra Cosworth starting last and got within a split second to winning the race! Wonderful day to spend a Saturday!
