Just moments after MPP @solmamakwa was removed from the legislature for saying the Premier was telling "untruths":
Reporter: "Sol, can you explain just what precisely the Premier said that you're saying is untruthful?"
Sol: "That he respects and honours treaties. That he respects and honours the duty to consult. That's not the truth."
Sol: "The way [Bill 5] is written up speaks the opposite."
Solidarity with the indomitable @solmamakwa for always speaking truth to power!
NEW: NDP MPP Sol Mamakwa is ejected from the Ontario Legislature after accusing the Premier of “telling untruths” to First Nations.
After being asked to withdraw the comment, Mamakwa was named forcing him to leave the legislature.
