Mantra for today’s #TCSNYCMarathon: Swing away. Mission accomplished. I died ... but also I didn’t actually die and that’s valuable.

With LeBron James & Lakers in Miami today, looked back on the Heat's incredible 27-game win streak that was maybe the peak of the Heatles era. What a remarkable and sometimes crazy time that was with some forgotten stories: espn.com/nba/story/_/id/4817

27 straight wins: Remembering the most dominant stretch of LeBron James' career

When was LeBron James' peak? There's an argument to be made for 2013, when his Miami Heat did not lose for 52 straight days.

Turns out Costanza was right all along, cotton is king!

This postseason, multiple Yankees have opted for the “old school” turtlenecks that conjure up great memories from the past. Turns out, those turtlenecks ARE from the past. I’m told they were in storage for years, and the players chose them b/c they prefer the cotton material.

Knicks tried to knick down the stretch but the Hawks knicked harder. Super small sample size but in both games the guards and wings were able to get into the paint seemingly whenever they wanted. Bad match ups? Rotations? Just something to keep an eye on.

The Knicks have to figure out their closing lineup against stretch fives. The couldn’t match up defensively and had too many non shooters on the floor down the stretch. Game 1 of 82, lots to like about this group. Should be a fun season
