“Hi guys I need help here. I have an issue here in my family. So there is a house which my grandmother lives in currently with my nephew and this house was owned by my nephews paternal great grandmother who past away and left it to her son which my my nephews grandfather who also past away and left it to my nephews uncle, this uncle is my nephews bother to his mother and he had not kids. My nephew's mother past away first then the uncle past away after and left it to him (my nephew) hence my grandmother lives with him there because he is still young in tertiary. All title deed documents were lost. There is an extended family which has been bothering us with the house saying it's their father's house which will be my nephews grandfather. They have been harassing our family and we tried take it the legal route but but there is no progress. They have fraudulent documents and they bribed police officer, and other people who came to the house saying they are commanding us to leave but that person is not a sheriff and did not come with the appropriate documents. We also tried to go to high court but the family that is bothering us did not show up at court. Any help or guidance will be appreciated.” Can my beloved counsels assist
