PATREON EXCLUSIVE: It's time to cover one of my favorite pieces of trash media ever: The Joe Piscopo Halloween Party! Broadcast live from UCLA on Halloween night, it defies sense & good taste...and has cameos from Keenen Ivory Wayans and George Wallace?!

SNL UK doing a Nollywood version of Wicked with Cynthia Erivo is the funniest thing they’ve done sorry
It’s the middle of the night but whatever, I think the Cynthia Eviro episode of SNL UK was very possibly their best outing yet
NEW EPISODE: This week, we've got our SNL Halloween offering with Jim Carrey and Iggy Azalea from October 25, 2014! The first episode as a cast member for Leslie Jones! The early days of Jost and Che! A classic runner! Join us, won't you?

Alright, we can wrap this shit up now
#SNL alum Dana Carvey "didn't understand the kerfuffle" over Shane Gillis' monologue.
"I just saw it as what we call — I’ll just say it — a joke," Carvey said. “Like, when you say jokes, you’re not literally saying women are whores. You are literally joking. Isn’t that kind of the idea? No? Did I just get canceled?” variety.com/2026/tv/global/d…

Speaking in massive generalities here but it is amusing to me how much SNL UK is Bizarro World to me because their Update is routinely far and away the best part of the show while they continue to struggle with live sketches, something that runs complete opposite to the US show
There’s been many great Paddy Young moments at the desk so far but I think this may be my favorite so far
It’s utterly bizarre that we live in a world where SNL is getting dunked on by *checks notes* SNL.
Watching the entire TL enjoy their showings of The Devils before I can finally get out and see it on Wednesday
The show that could STILL do this isn’t that far in the rearview
I think SNL should still have one segment open per episode to so something that isn’t counting on audience laughter to get over. Something more dramatic, or artistic, or whatever. Just three minutes, it’s not much. I truly think it’d energize the show to think like that again.
Jeremy Culhane and PFT playing father and son is basically the best casting ever. I mean, that’s him. That’s Paul’s son.

If true, i mean, it makes sense. SNL UK got there first with Amelia Dimoldenberg but Druski is so much more sketch-forward that I’m surprised this hasn’t happened sooner. That being said, this all seems like a bit of a wildcard that the show isn’t sturdy enough to stand right now
Druski will be hosting SNL on November 7.
The first-ever online creator to host the show.
